This top-floor unit with Mexican charm offers incredible sunsets and ocean breezes from your private balcony. The complex has a swimming pool, a private beach area with loungers, and a popular beachfront restaurant, KARENS’s, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Street parking only. There is an elevator, but some stairs are required.

The Space:
This condo is equipped with cozy and stylish finishings, with amazing attention to detail. It is very spacious with windows that run the entire length of the home. Cook a meal or make margaritas in the fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. High-speed internet (200 MBPS), Smart TVs with streaming in every room, room-by-room controlled air-conditioning, and blackout curtains. This 2BR / 2BA unit sleeps 5 with a king bed in one room and queen+individual beds in the other.

Start your day with coffee on the patio enjoying the view, then grab a beach towel to the pool or grab a beach chair in the private beach area that is zoned off just for this community. We also provide beach chairs if you like to find your own spot of sand. After soaking up the sun, end your day by walking to some of the best restaurants in town.

Before you arrive, professional housekeepers thoroughly clean your home. And when you get there, check-in is easy. Smart locks and lockboxes let you go straight to the door and walk right in. Guest Access:
There is a large pool (heated in the winter season) and a private beach area with loungers exclusively for Costa Dorada guests. Karen's Place, a very popular beachfront restaurant feels like it is part of the complex and they are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Neighborhood:
Bucerias’ 5-mile stretch of soft sandy beaches, cobblestone streets, and Mexican village charm take you back to simpler times. It has become a popular destination in the Riviera Nayarit, but it has managed to keep its authenticity. Many say Bucerias is very much like Puerto Vallarta was in the 1950s, where you can experience the joys of a laid-back beach town without the tourist-palooza that is Puerto and Nuevo Vallarta.

Getting Around:
Bucerias is a great jumping off point for exploring everything Bahia de Banderas and the Riviera Nayarit have to offer. By Car / Uber your place is only:

-- 10 minutes to Nuevo Vallarta
-- 25 minutes to Punta Mita
-- 35 minutes to Downtown Puerto Vallarta
-- 30 minutes to Sayulita

Street parking only. There is an elevator, but guests must go up one set of stairs.
