Inside, River Oasis features a flowing layout with four bedrooms and space for up to 16 guests. The open living area includes plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. Sliding glass doors lead to a covered patio and screened-in pool, where you can cool off or relax in the breeze. Grill lunch on the Blackstone and enjoy a meal outdoors. The yard is great for lawn games, and the private dock is perfect for fishing or tying up your boat.

The third bedroom includes a queen-size bed, and the fourth is perfect for kids and teens with two sets of full-over-full bunk beds. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. Fresh linens and towels are provided, and a washer and dryer make it easy to pack light. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and coolers are included. Guests can also rent an on-site 2021 Chrysler Voyager minivan for exploring the area.

Can’t even give 3 stars

House was not adequate. The layout just doesn’t work for a big group. Unfortunately, two of the bedrooms didn’t have adequate AC ventilation. And in Florida for the summer, that’s a must!!! Even after notifying management, nothing was done. We were basically ignored. We made it work, but I shouldn’t have had to, not with the amount of money being paid. This is my fourth year planning a family reunion and it’s the first house where I’ve had issues. Love Cape Coral, but we would never return to this property.

2023 February/March Stay at River Oasis

We rented the property for 4 weeks during Feb/March. Property is very dated in terms of furniture, finishes, bathrooms, etc. There were many issues. Some examples. There was no outdoor cooking facility as the grilling surface of the outdoor Blackstone grill could not be used as it was badly rusted. Advertised a barbeque but there was no barbeque. We purchased a drip coffee maker (the one provided was broken) and other kitchen amenities such as coffee mugs (only four provided), large bowls to make a salad, etc. Sections of screening were missing in the lanai which allowed bugs into the pool and outdoor sitting area. The garage was advertised as available for parking but the owner's van was parked there. I would rate the property as 2 stars. We were very disappointed with the property given the advertising and rental rate that we paid.
