The open kitchen shines with new appliances & leads into the large, combined dining/living room area. The cozy seating area adjacent to the kitchen is a nice place to sit and chat with your family chef. Mini split AC units keep this home nice and cool during humid Cape Cod days. Take in the outside from the large screened in porch while grilling up some dinner on the new Weber Grill.
The main level of the house features an open living space along with 2 bedrooms. A farmer's table, large enough for all the family to eat together, is ideal for a cozy dinner at home. Cathedral ceilings and views of Meetinghouse Pond make the living room the perfect spot to unwind after a long day at the beach. A lovely den located at the end of the house offers a private area to read a book or catch your favorite t.v. show. At the other end of the home you will find the primary suite boasting a king bed & large bathroom with a standup shower. The spacious second bedroom on the 1st floor features a queen size bed.
