MUST READ REVIEW FOR A FAMILY STAY!

We loved this place! For a family of 7 with kids ranging from 6-13 it was plenty of space! The check in process was so simple & easy with all the information needed given the day before. The room was clean, freshly stocked, & peaceful. The walk to the beach from this unit was only about 5 minutes which was perfect. This unit does come with a wagon, boogie boards, a cooler, & other water items that are not shown in the photos. We did use the pool one night & asked someone working there in regards to others reviews on the pool and toys, pool noodles are allowed but not other toys to not disturb other guests which was very reasonable to understand. My opinion, take the toys to the beach & have fun! I loved how there were some seasonings, spices, & other condiments that were useful for cooking the few nights we stayed in. Laundry in the unit did have some laundry soap & dryer sheets available but we did bring our own just in case. The beds were comfortable & the fans were a nice way to cool off from the beach. The parking garage below was very nice to have easy access to when it was raining or to be out of the sun, the garage door opener was a little tricky to get it right to open the door but nothing crazy.Overall this place is a 10/10 from us & we are definitely going to book again. Highly recommend this for a family to stay at! & if you do stay go to JBs down the street for seafood & Twistee Twirl for ice cream! Thanks Bret!

Great place

Need new beach chairs in the unit. We brought 1 we used, used one from the closet and the webbing tore when sitting at the beach. I weigh 126 lbs.Other chairs were rusty and a mess from the salt water. My guess is no previous guest hosed them off when leaving the beach. We survived and its a really nice location and great condo.

Excellent host and property for a quiet family vacation

The property was fantastic, reasonably priced, and the host was great. We really enjoyed the easy access to the beach and close proximity to the pool. We were far enough out from the traffic, but close enough to get to restaurants and such within 10-15 min. For kids, 2-10 yrs old some of the pool rules may be a bit strict (no balls, splashing discouraged, etc). All in all, great though.

Fantastic!

This place is amazing. The unit was large, comfortable and clean. It had the biggest kitchen I've ever had in a rental which was fully stocked. Two balconies was a nice touch for sure. The entire complex was exceptionally quiet, even during our spring break week. Parking was easy, everything was gated. The beach was spectacular, never got too busy, this unit provided a wagon, sand toys and beach chairs! The pools and hot tubs were also quiet, clean and well appointed with bathrooms and a sauna! I've stayed at a lot of VRBO rentals, this unit and this complex were some of the nicest!

Great Place!

The unit was as good as the ad said. We were super comfortable and really enjoyed the view from the back balcony. It was relaxing, big enough for six adults to be comfortable, and very close to the beach. Loved it! Loved it! Loved it!

Great beach vacation

The complex was very quiet, so we enjoyed visiting both pools and checking out the shuffleboard equipment any time we wanted. Easy walk through the complex to the beach access. Condo was very spacious and clean, kitchen was well stocked, and beds were comfortable. There was even some beach equip in the condo, but we brought our own.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay here! The condo is so spacious and clean with everything you need including a beach wagon, chairs and towels. We are a family of six with four young adult kids and we never felt crowded. Bret was easy to communicate with and quickly answered any questions we had. The nearby pool is so clean and just a short walk. There are a lot of rules for the pool and they do enforce them, but that is what keeps it a clean and pleasant place to relax so we didn’t mind at all. We enjoyed grilling our supper by the pool one night. The beach is an easy 10 min walk and we loved how short the beach access is. The beach is beautiful and was never crowded. Ocean Walk is a well kept complex and very quiet. We absolutely loved our stay there and are ranking this location and condo unit as one of the best places we’ve stayed.

Great place to stay

We have stayed here twice now. It’s a great condo for a family and our kids love the bunk beds and ‘their own’ TV. It’s always clean and the host is very welcoming and communication is great. It’s a short walk to the beach or pool and the balcony overlooks the nature area behind it. Overall 10 out of 10 and would recommend to my friends and family.

Great place to vacation

The condo had everything we needed and we had a wonderful time! There were toys for the beach and the pool. The pool has quite strict rules, that they enforce, but we still had a great time.

The best week in New Smyrna Beach

This condo was perfect for our family— the kids bedroom was great for our toddler and we had some friends from Jacksonville stay in the other guest bedroom for one night. It worked out perfectly! The condo is clean, spacious, and well-decorated and was the perfect space to unwind after a day at the beach and the pool. It has all the amenities you could possibly need and more. Lots of beach toys, chairs, and a wagon, which was so helpful to not have to lug along with us on our travels. Tons of towels too! The location is awesome, about ten minutes to Flagler Ave and Canal street for shopping and restaurants. The host left us a bunch of recommendations for local restaurants to go to and we were able to check out quite of a few of them! Easy access to all the hot spots, plus, having two pools on the property and a private beach walk made for the perfect vacation. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Holiday Vacation

Our family comes to New Smyrna Beach each year to celebrate the New Year. As our family grows our needs change. This year we selected this site for several reasons the amount of bedrooms was the main reason. When we arrived we were impressed with how clean everything was. The directions that we received were very clear and made accessing the condo very easy. The family loved how spacious everything was. We cooked most of meals in since there were little ones but no one was disappointed. Getting to the beach was easy and pretty private off the beaten path. There is a nice nature path that goes around the complex. Overall this condo offered us everything that we needed to make sure that we had a wonderful time with our family.

Great Complete Condo

Everything was clean. The 3BR is big and has everything you need to cook and clean for your stay. And it has everything you need to spend a day at the beach too. This was something I didn’t know about beforehand but there’s and entire closet filled with chairs and a cooler, sand toys and a wagon to take it all down there. And the walk to the beach is shorter than it looks on Google Maps. I will absolutely be coming back.

A great family friendly place to stay in New Smyrna Beach

We stayed over the July 4th holiday and our stay was absolutely fantastic. The condo is exactly as described and very clean. Our kids really loved the bunk beds and their own smart TV in the children's room! The whole family really enjoyed watching the sunsets on the back patio overlooking the nature preserve. You can also watch the sunrise and fireworks from the front porch. The amenities are great too. Our kids enjoyed multiple trips to the pools. The clubhouse and workout room are clean and nice. In the condo itself all the appliances are new and the fridge makes lots of ice. The condo is a short walk to the beach and the walkway and cross walk are well lit and safe. We spent most of our time on the beach, but it was easy enough to go back and forth as needed. The hosts are great and answered any questions we had and were great at communicating with us. We are already planning our next trip back and can't wait to get back.

Perfect for families!

This rental was top notch! So clean, well stocked, great washer/dryer and other appliances too. Tons of room. Decor was minimal and tasteful, no clutter or decor for decor’s sake, taking up valuable space in kitchen and bathrooms. The beach items were so nice to have as well. Pool was nice and close to our building. Property owner was helpful and responsive. Our son forgot his book and he is kindly sending it to us. We would definitely stay here again and again.

We had a great stay and our host was quick to respond to any questions. Accommodations were fantastic with space for everyone. We will definitely be back. New Smyrna is still a hidden gem.

Amazing weekend

We stayed over Memroial Weekend and had an amazing weekend. The condo was in a great location and an easy walk to the beach. It was clean and well stocked for both of our families. Bret was a great host and responded very quickly to our questions and provided some great insight. We will be back for sure.
