This property is on Madisonâs funky-up & coming East side. Quiet, conveniently located residential neighborhood with free street parking. The upstairs unit is a private guest-dedicated suite with it's own kitchenette & side entrance.

The Space-
Your separate side entrance leads up a flight of stairs and into the lofted apartment. The approximately 400 square feet open floor plan includes:
*Kitchenette
*King bed. *Queen bed
*2 armchairs. *Table/4 chairs
*Chest of drawers
*Small desk coffee station
*Mini fridge. *Microwave
*Toaster oven
Low-angled ceilings in staircase and bathroom (PLEASE WATCH YOUR HEADS)!

*4 cup coffee maker *Coffee *French press. *Hot water Kettle
*Tea *Sugar * Powdered creamer
*Cork screw/bottle opener
* 4 coffee cups. *4 bowls
*Can opener *Guitar
*40 inch Smart TV. High speed fiber optic WIFI (230 mbps).
You will need to use your personal accounts to stream.
Guest Access-
*Guests have access to the full 2nd floor of the Cape Cod.
*When approved, early check-in will be assessed an additional $10/hour.
Other things to note
This unit is the full 2nd floor of my 2 story 1930's Cape Cod house. The 1st level is also a rental and is a private and separate space. At times, you may pass other guests in the driveway. While the units are sound treated, we ask both parties to respect the other guest's privacy and to avoid loud noises after 9pm.
