Ett hus med så många saker att göra: solbada vid sjön Travis hela dagen, övervåningsdäck med utomhushögtalare för att njuta av musik och solen och vacker utsikt över sjön, nedre täckt däck för att komma ur solen, njuta av centrala Austin nattliv eller ta en tur ut till Hill Country. Flera restauranger på sjön inklusive Carlos och Charlies tvärs över sjön från detta hus, Cafe Blue inom en halv mil från hemmet med bil eller båt, är den berömda Oasis Restaurant en kort 10 minuters bilresa. Vattnet är vackert med enkel tillgång till vatten och stor simning precis utanför bryggan. Fiske utanför bryggan är bra för abborre och havskatt. Utsikten är hisnande och en av de bästa på sjön.

Volente ligger en kort 25 mil bilfärd från Austin Bergström flygplats. Denna plats är en av de mest bekvämt att Austin på Lake Travis.

Vattenparken Volente ligger 3 km bort.

Waterfront båt docka kan användas för bad, fiske eller docka din båt. Bryggan har en 20 x 30 sittgrupp och två lediga båtslipp. Bryggan är täckt och i utmärkt skick.

4th of July

We stayed here over the 4th of July. The location was perfect for watching fireworks from the back deck and the floating dock was perfect to enjoy the lake. The cleanliness of the property could have been better. There were dead bugs and mouse droppings in the house. Overall the stay was great and the house had everything we needed.

Great View, dirty house

A couple of friends had decided to rent a lake house and spend the weekend making memories. We stayed from the 18th to the 21st of April and had a good time. Their were a couple things that kept me from giving this anything above 3 stars. The first was the wifi, it had no connection/service. Second the water pressure of the house, mainly the restrooms, they were poor and lacked maintenance, especially the upstairs restroom. Third, a member of our group located a needle in his bed downstairs as he was preparing for bed! Fourth while we were grilling, we decided to open the umbrella for the shade and inside the top of the umbrella was a dead bird. The cutlery was poor as well. At best this place was a 2.5 out of 5. Game room had the pool table and ping pong table but the ping pong table was old and required maintenance. This place is not worth what was spent.

Beautiful remote location

Great location, everything as described. Accommodated 3 couples well, a remote private bedroom downstairs for a single couple, a gameroom for the night owls that kept the main house quiet. Dock has water still, fire pit and speakers throughout the property. Having read previous reviews any small faults brought up were addressed. Only issue was people looking for city night life will have a decent drive to get into town.

Bad experience,

We stay for 2 July weekend we expect to have a wonderful weekend. was the worst experience we have ever had. We arrived at the house on Saturday, July 1. first of all we inspect the property, the game room is located in the garage it was totally dirty In the room that is located in the lower part of Okia, it is humid and we found moisture in the bathroom in the air vent in the windows, my son and his wife were leaving. to stay there, they couldn't stay because of the conditions they were in and they decided to go and stay upstairs in the living room, what was the surprise that when we were already in bed he got up at midnight around 1am to the kitchen to get water and I listen and he is vomiting I get up and go to see and ask what is happening he tells me this is horrible the kitchen It is infested with cockroaches, it was horrible cockroaches on the wall on the floor above all the cabinets from the kitchen to the inside of the refrigerator of all sizes we immediately called Vrbo to report what was happening and that we couldn't stay there. We didn't want to sit on the chairs or touch anything, kindly the vrbo staff told us that because of the time they couldn't give us another place to go so we stayed up all night. and we were told that he would give us the return of what we paid plus apart would give us the expenses of the place where we were going to stay, but we had to rent a hotel through expedia which we the. But never receive any payment for the hotel

Had Fun and Wish the Lake was full again.

Only suggestion was we needed Hot Pads or we could not find them and we also needed extra Blankets which we would have brought if we knew we needed to bring. Too HOT for the Garage but it looked well stocked for fun. Thank you for the Stay.

Best time!

Our family had a great time at this house. Erika was great. It was clean and the living room was spacious. The view from the kitchen are what you think of when you plan a lake vacation. The water was perfect! The lake was so clear, we had water to swim, the dock was floating. The walk to the water was mostly paved. It is a trek down and up but that is anywhere you rent on Lake Travis. The separate gameroom was perfect for family that stayed up later. There is the main floor with 2 bedrooms, Living and kitchen area. Then there is a separate room on a lower level that was more private with it's own bathroom. The grounds were nice and felt private. We would very much recommend this property!

Nice location, dog friendly. Cleanliness needs improvement.

Property had great view, check-in was simple, lots to do on the property. Only issue is the cleanliness. My family had to clean the coffee maker and washs a couple of the utensils. They had mold and dead bugs in them.

Very Disappointed - lack of cleanliness

This was a weekend getaway and we managed to get through the stay. I was looking forward to a great first-time experience at Lake Travis. I agreed with the previous renter. For the price, I would NOT rent this place again. I hope the information below would be helpful for future renters. Pros: This property has a great view of the lake from the living and the patio. Cons: 1. Our biggest issue is the cleanliness of the property. 2. The bathrooms (top and bottom floor) were dirty and outdated. Maybe there were no pictures of the bathrooms for a reason. Still, the bathroom upstairs door does not lock. 3. The bath towels had an odor and we had to rewash them. 4. The bottom floor bedroom has a separate entrance, for future renter awareness with kids. This room was noisy coming from the water pressure in the bathroom. Both the room and bathroom were dirty, had an odor, and were very outdated for sure. We had an issue with the toilet and avoided using it. 5. The beds did not have any flat sheets and comforter covers. The house didn't come with a blanket, flat sheet, and pillow covers for the sofa bed. 6. The game room and sofa were dirty and the ping pong table was broken. We were looking forward to spending time in the game room but that didn't happen. 7. This property could use some curb appeal around the house. It looked sketchy and run down when we first arrived at the property. 8. It was inconvenient to bring the trash bags to the front of the street which required you to drive.

Secluded spot with a view

This house was exactly what we wanted. 3 bedrooms with an extra pull out couch and space to add blow up mattresses. A large deck with a great view. Water access that was still swimable as of 10/22/22 even with the lake levels down. Bonus room with Jenga and a pool table.

Great location and as described

Perfect location on the water. The property was the perfect size for our group and we enjoyed the garage/game room and dock. Only suggestion would be to bring blankets - there was 1 extra blanket in the closet, but 1 trundle bed and 1 sofa sleeper. Other than that, very happy with our stay!

Beautiful Lake View

Beautiful view of the lake, secluded & private, A/C good cold air but need some cleaning on the vents, nice kitchen, beds were comfortable, loved all of the windows in living room providing a beautiful view of the lake, but sliding glass door was a little hard to open & close, nice upper deck furnished very well, the front door needs some work was difficult to get it to lock with the keypad, the door to the bathroom upstairs door does not lock, garage was nice with the pool table could use some additional cleaning and an A/C would be nice, nice boat house but was not accessible by land, walkway leading to the house from the garage is a little slippery. Overall really enjoyed our stay, plan to come back again and stay a little longer when the lake is up.

Beautiful View

House was clean and kitchen was well equipped. We made several meals. View from balcony is amazing. Had coffee out there every morning and wine every evening lol. Hike down to boat dock is pretty steep so not for the elderly. Owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. Only complaint would be the lower level room was very basement like. Hot and muggy. Hard to cool even with portable A/C unit. I suspect due to this, people may leave they’re pets down there. Very clean but smelled of dog. Upper level was fantastic though. Would definitely book again.

everything was clean and comfortable.you will need to bring shampoos and soaps.there are none in showers. also if you want to wash some dishes by hand bring dish soap.

Could have been cleaner

The property itself is beautiful love the scenery however whoever is in charge of maintaining cleanliness of this home is not doing a good job!. The restrooms were very dirty as well as the other rooms in home. The grill was filthy. The outdoor game room has disgusting couches, spider webs and dust everywhere and no AC. Which is something they highlight when booking with them. Bottom bedroom smells horrible. No towels. The stay could have been more comfortable for my family..

Great views

Good location in a deep water cove, great views of the lake from the top deck and great place to enjoy a meal in the evening. We were allowed to check in 2 hours early, but on arrival the place had not been cleaned from the last visitors. Also the dock was stuck on land and dangerous for the older people to use the first day. I was able to reach out, and the cleaning got done the same day so we sat on the deck for 2 hours while that was being done and the dock was pushed back out the next afternoon so we could enjoy that part of day 2. We cleaned the dock of spider webs and wasp nest best we could with a broom, the game room furniture was a little stained so we didn't sit on anything while in there at night, and the grill still had previous renters food stuck all over it. It is a good rental, just needs some attention to make it an excellent rental. The walk to the dock isn't too bad, the water levels are low so there are some spots that are just loose rocks that you need to use caution with.

Texas BBQ

We used this as a base of operations to explore Texas BBQ. Returning each evening to wallow on the deck or down by the lake in a meat induced haze. Very pleasant and enjoyable place to recover.

The Perfect Weekend

I rented this property for a weekend trip with a few friends and couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. The place had everything we’d need. We loved the exterior garage with pool table and ping pong. The property had an awesome sound system that played music in every area on the property. It included a boat dock where we were able to store a couple jet skis we rented. Overall it was awesome and we’ll be back again

Great View but…

The home is very nice, lots of privacy. The biggest issue Id say I had was the noise. The kids and the dog, which is a beagle so not very big, stayed on the top floor and myself and partner slept on the bottom floor. There is not a very good noise barrier between the floors. We could hear every foot step, even the dogs. So if you’re a light sleeper (me), this can be a big issue. Also, the water heater is located downstairs in the closet and I’m not sure what else, but it seemed to run all the time; while someone was in the shower and a few times throughout the night. This was not an issue for my partner because he slept through it, but I was not able to rest very well.

Great family rental

This property was perfect for our family stay. Sleep 7 comfortably without using the living room hide a bed. Beautiful deck, view and rec room was a plus.
