Great apartment, great location

Nice bright airy apartment, nee and clean. Ofir was a very responsive host and all instructions were clear. The apartment had everything we needed including extra towels and pillows. The shower water pressure was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, tidy flat in perfect location

We stayed for 3 nights with our kids (5 and 8 yo). The flat is located super close to the S-Bahn station, in a very calm backyard. It was very tidy and everything you would need was available. Contact to the owner was easy and check-in and check-out was super easy. Would definitely recommend and like to come back in the future. Thank you for the nice stay!

Good apartment very close to the heart of Berlin

This apartment was a great base to explore Berlin from. It was just a 5 minutes walk from both the S and U bahn which made it easy to pop back to even in the middle of the day if you needed a break seeing all the sites. The apartment was just as described on the listing and was clean and well equipped. The area it was in was pleasant and quiet. Overall an excellent base for a holiday in Berlin.

Great location in Berlin

This property was perfect for our family and exactly as pictured in the listing. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, having a washer was great, and the location was ideal. We could easily walk to numerous train and bus stops, and there was a great bakery right across the street for a quick breakfast to start our day. Ofir was very quick to respond with any questions we had!

Perfectly Placed

The apartment was in a great central location. Near Jannowitzbrücke, Henrich Heine Straße and Märkische Museum Bahnhofs. Lots of amenities nearby (we counted 4 Spätis within the block). Plenty of food and drink places. The apartment was very modern and clean. Excellent decor and a large balcony to chill on. Ofir gave clear instructions on how to access keys.

Family Trip to Berlin

We stayed in the apartment for 1 week, great location, 5 min walk to both the U & S trains, many of Berlins great attractions are within a 30 min walk. Apartment is clean, modern, well appointed and very quite. Only negative is there is only 1 key, there were 4 of us so if we went different ways we had to co-ordinate our meeting up, 2 keys would be good. Minor inconvenience, overall it is a great place to stay in Berlin. Recommended

Clean and convenient

Our state was very comfortable. We had a very light and a big balcony to overlook the ground around the building. The neighbors were friendly and there was a good mix. Age groups. It’s very convenient to Jannowitz train stop, and bus lines into the center. Neighborhood is a bit mixed some poorly kept places, but with many interesting, ethnic restaurants. People in the area were very friendly! Yada Yada Breakfast Club was great, as was the Ming Dynastie around the corner on the river.

Appartement calme proche du centre

Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui s'est montré très réactif et conciliant. L'appartement est spacieux, très propre et calme. Les procédures d'arrivée et de départ simples. Proche du métro.

Top appartement op top locatie

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Mooi ruim appartement midden in de stad en toch rustig. Metro is dichtbij, maar lopend is ook prima te doen naar het centrum.

4 Days trip to Berlin

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, wir konnten alles für uns relevante fußläufig erreichen. Check-In und Out hat reibungslos und kontaktlos super funktioniert. Besonders hervorheben würde ich noch die ruhige Lage. Ma hat in der Wohnung nicht wahrgenommen, dass man mitten in Berlin ist.

Kurztrip Berlin

Wir waren zu viert dort mit einem eingeschränkten Menschen (Knieschaden) mit Rollstuhl. Das war alles kein Problem, die Wohnung war super eingerichtet und mit Rollstuhl und Krücken super zu begehen. Wärmstens zu empfehlen mit Top Lage in Berlin.

Boligen er ok men godt at vejret var til at bruge altanen, da pladsen ellers ville være blevet trang. Madrasserne var for tynde så det var meget hårde senge efter vores smag. Manglede et spisebord, da vi er lidt ældre mennesker, der har svært ved at kommme op på barstole

Visiting daughter’s freshman semester abroad

Little piece of heaven, tucked away with lovely courtyard. We felt very safe while visiting Berlin. There was a pleasant bakery/coffee shop just outside the door. Only thing that could have made it a little nicer, is if there were better restaurants close. Our daughter did share her favorites (her campus was under 2 miles away). We were blown away by the Colombian, Russian, Ramen, and nice Korean fried chicken. Have others to try on a return visit (like Donor, Indian, Chinese, etc.). We found public transportation (or Uber) to be easy and explored the museums and tourists attractions. Drove out to Potsdam and had a lovely time walking the gardens and exploring the very charming town streets. We are already hoping to return.

Great Apartment in Great Location

This apartment is exactly as the pictures and is in a great location, walkable to the U or to most of the attractions if you are a keen walker - we walked around 30,000 steps a day! We were 2 couples and it had all we needed and was clean and tidy on arrival - slight issue was the bedding laundry that had been left to dry on a screen by the cleaner but with a bit of effort on our part over the first day and a half of our stay it was soon dry and away! The communication from Ofir was great and it is so easy to reach from the airport. We would stay here again if we are ever back in Berlin.

Great Stay in Berlin

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Berlin. It was our first time in the area. It was near enough that we were able to walk to many desired locations, and also the public transportation was nearby and easy to navigate. The parking spot was very aopricated for our ventures outside of the city. The place was clean and had all that we desired (except for a traditional coffee pot, we could only brew espresso?). The bathroom was large, the shower was great, the beds were comfortable. We love European windows! Check in was easy once we found the proper box for the keys. Thanks for a great stay, we would gladly stay here again.

Lovely flat in a great location

The flat is modern and the kitchen is well equipped. Check in was easy and communication with the host was quick. The flat is a few minutes walk away from 3 different stations. Families with younger children might appreciate the playground situated 5 min away on foot. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.
