The space
Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Private backyard sanctuary where you will find an open furnished patio with a small pond, fire pit, encased grilling/smoker area, and outdoor dining set.
For more fun in the sun we have provided beach towels, sand toys and boogie boards to make your time at the beach fun for the whole family.

Fantastic home and host!

We stayed in Julie's house for almost 5 weeks. We have been coming to Venice for the last 4 years and this house was our favorite so far. Nicely furnished and cared for. Great area and convenient to everything we like. Bedrooms and bathrooms were located nicely for privacy. Backyard area was great! Julie was a fantastic host. Very responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

We are a big family with lots of kids. We love the beach and making memories together. Our dream is to have access to the beach and the mountains so that we always have an adventure to look forward to. The dream is starting with this home, our first beach house. We had the amazing opportunity to work as a family to lovingly update and decorate this home and make it a comfortable home away from home. We love staying here, getting away from the cold and the everyday, and making memories we will all cherish.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We fell in love with Florida about 4 years ago when we brought our second oldest son on a 12-year-old trip to the Fort Myers area. Since then, our two other teens also chose Florida for their 12-year-old trips and we have found other reasons to come and explore this amazing. With each new city we explored we fell more in love and dreamed of owning a home here that would allow us to visit often.

Venice became a quick favorite with our new found, never dreamed of hobby.... finding shark teeth! I will take anything beach side, but we have had so much fun exploring the beauty of each beach, playing in the warm turquoise waters of the gulf and taking on the challenge of who will find the most teeth. This home is less than 15 minutes from many of the best beaches in Sarasota county. And only a 35 minute drive from the world famous, #1 Beach in the U.S. Siesta Key Beach.
