Million dollar view! Clean and comfortable. Owners do a great job of providing a lot of the little things such as spices, binoculars, soaps, hand sanitizer, etc. You can tell that they put thought into all they provide for a nice stay!

Most Epic View!

Brought my son out for Memorial weekend at Rocky Mountain National Park and found this spot. The mountain view from the front porch and huge open window was absolutely spectacular. The place was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely return!

First time visiting

Location, location, location! Less than 5 minute drive to the heart of Estes. Very close to the National Park too. Outstanding views of mountains. Kitchen was well stocked, nice gas fireplace too. Clean and quiet.

A visit to the national park

We visited for three days to explore Rocky Mountain National Park. The house was in a great location with easy access to both Estes Park and the national park. There is even a hike to Gem lake available just up the road. The condo was clean and well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The view was incredible. The only downside was that the Black Hills resort it right by the condo and they were having a lot of weddings with loud receptions lasting late into the evening.

Great place and location

Loved the property and location. Was near the park entrances and town but not in the middle of the noise. Was so quiet and the view out the living room window was unbelievable! It was the perfect size for three of us.

The Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The owners were so friendly and accommodating when we had to adjust our reservation unexpectedly a few months out from our trip. We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Estes Park in the future!

Snowy New Years weekend

Great stay in Estes with family for New Years. It snowed while we were there so it was a wonderful place to be with family. Wonderful view and perfect for our visit. Would stay again! Thank you Jim and Jolene!

Fantastic property

This is a really nice condo with a beautiful view! It is well furnished, clean and with a great book of information about the property within the unit. Minutes away from Safeway for groceries and from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and highly recommend.

Beautiful Property Next to Black Canyon Inn

We got married at Black Canyon Inn, and stayed at Jim + Jolene’s place for the week of our wedding. It was perfect. Such a beautiful view from the dining room and front deck, and located literally across the street from our venue which was so convenient. Check in was easy, and Jim and Jolene were very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Estes Park!

Hiking trip

We really enjoyed staying at your condo. It was very clean and were very pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked and all the other amenities you provided. The location has a great view and was close enough to many different trails to hike. The only downfall was all the construction in town but we were able to work around that and it wasnt a big deal. We played golf at Estes Park Golf course and really enjoyed it. We would definitely consider staying here again or recommending it to friends. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place.

Jim (originally from upstate New York) loves the Colorado sunshine and enjoys keeping up with the latest IT technology, working in the yard, and walking our two dogs.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Jolene's dream was to have a vacation property in Estes Park. We live just over an hour from Estes, We love to hike, golf, bike, participate in the Estes Park festivities and relax on the deck taking in the beauty and nature that surrounds us.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The views are magnificent. Easy access to hiking and climbing trails. We are far enough from downtown Estes area that you'll feel secluded but with an easy 1 mile walk you can be downtown to immerse yourself in the latest festivals, tours, events, golfing and enjoying the great outdoors.

We reside near the Black Canyon Inn but are not affiliated with the resort. During the spring of 2019 the Inn is expanding and there will be construction nearby, we are assured that access to our property will not be impacted.
