Pintell Trails: Amazing Location & Spacious! 5 Bed, 3 Bath, Back Deck and Garage

We welcome you to visit our convenient location. Jump onto Bentonville's nationally ranked trail system as soon as you leave our cul-de-sac. Across the street, the Red Barn District regularly offers casual get-togethers with outdoor music and food trucks.

Within 2 miles, you'll have multiple options to explore world renowned artistic and culinary experiences. Some of these locations include Downtown-Bentonville's Square, Crystal Bridges' Museum of American Art, Scott Family Amazeum, the Momentary and more.

The space

The private space is a perfect getaway for families or groups. There are two master bedrooms, each with a king size bed. There is another large spare bedroom with another king bed. Finally, a small bedroom with bunk beds, full on bottom and twin on top. The living room has high vaulted ceilings. There are a couple skylights to allow extra natural light. We also have a spacious back deck, a great place to drink a morning cup of coffee. If weather keeps you inside, we provide high speed Wi-Fi and television streaming services, including Netflix.

That said, the best part of the property is the location. Most guests will want to explore Bentonville. We are remarkably close to the major attractions. But if you need a break, since most of the attractions involve walking, standing or biking, you can always retreat back to our quiet cul-de-sac to rest and recharge.

Guest access

Most of the house is available to guests, including the laundry room and garage. We have locked doors to one closet and the basement for storage.

We ask that bikes be stored in the garage. One car should fit in the garage with bikes. However, we do use the garage for storage, so please don't try to fit two cars there. Our driveway is large, so we should be able to accommodate 4 to 5 average sized vehicles.
