Village Walk 19: Charming 3BDRM Townhome w/Private Hot Tub
Village Walk 19 is a super spacious three-bedroom, four-bathroom home with over 2,300 sq ft across three storeys. This home is a great option for a large family gathering, or a reunion of friends! The dining area seats up to 13 people and the lavish open concept design allows everyone to feel connected while still able to have their own space to relax.
A brand new private hot tub was installed in October 2018 so you can take a luxurious dip after a long day on the slopes (or after a round of golf, depending on the season you visit!). You are just across the street from the outdoor skating rink, which you can even see right from your living room. If you'd rather stay nice and toasty, you can relax by the fireplace and enjoy a movie night in instead! This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two sets of bunkbeds in the third bedroom.
This property has up to 2 parking spaces available. There is room for 1 vehicle in the garage (suitable for a car or small SUV), and room for 1 vehicle outside of the garage.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
