Take a step back in time & get closer to nature in this one-of-a kind property. Unwind on the river between tall pines...back to the way life should be.
There are not enough adjectives to describe how amazingly unique this space is. Steeped in history &rustic charm, it will turn your head as you enter every room. The detail & craftsmanship that has gone in to this custom build make it simply awe-inspiring. The perfect mix of grass-roots relaxation mixed in with whispers of luxury.
This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. Please don`t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions during your stay or if there is anything we can do to make your vacation more comfortable or enjoyable.
Owner will be on site to mow lawn in summer (every other week) and to add wood to heating system in the winter (twice a day).
Tree lined streets greet you as you approach this natural wonder. Houses set far enough apart for complete privacy. Property situated right on the East Branch River with 2000 acres of national protected forest across the river, giving you the sense you are in your own isolated oasis while still being close to everything the White Washington Valley has to offer.

We allow up to four cars to be parked on the driveway at any time.
We allow dogs at this property but please make sure all pets are added to your reservation. Pet fee is $50 per reservation. Crates are only allowed on the main floor. No crating on carpeted areas.
The Solo Stove is available for use from May 1st through October. Please note, firewood is not provided.
Please note: The bedrooms do not have window coverings to highlight the stunning natural surroundings. The home is set in a private location with no nearby houses in sight, the windows look out only onto peaceful trees and the river.
The screened-in back porch is a three-season space and is not advertised as a sleeping area.
We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.
The hot tub is professionally maintained and is treated and tested before and after each reservation.
Cooling: One window unit in the queen bedroom and one at the top of the stairs on the second floorâprovided from May 1st through September 30th.
The top bunk is for children only.
Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.
You need to be 25 or over to book this property.
We allow up to 7 Adults as Adults are not permitted to use the top bunk. 8 Adults can be accommodated but they need to remove the mattress from the top bunk and place it on the floor (returning it to the top bunk before departure).
