Excellent property, wonderful location

Property was extremely clean, spacious and well decorated. Directions to parking were great and the location was very conveniently located in town, but close to the beach.

Everything was perfect during the stay, the TV sometimes stops loading in the middle of a series, but despite that, everything else was perfect.

Loved that bedroom was fully outfitted with - 2 closets, dresser, bedside end tables and lamps, ceiling fan and A/C. Loved that we could unpack our suitcases and live comfortably for 3 days - Thanks for that!!

Excellent choice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal, conveniently situated near everything while maintaining a peaceful and secure atmosphere. The suite was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and an abundance of essentials, far exceeding our expectations. The host demonstrated exceptional thoughtfulness, ensuring seamless communication and providing clear and helpful check-in instructions. We would be delighted to return for our next visit.

Slice of Heaven

I travel for work. This place provides a peaceful and serene stay in my evenings after a hard day. Super close to the grocery store and gym. Not to mention most places in St Pete are easily accessible.

Great rental for two people. Lots of amenities like hot plate, toaster, pots, plans, microwave, refrigerator. Room is airconditioned, its very quiet. Shower water pressure is amazing. Room is very clean, lots of lighting, comfortable bed. Communication with the host was great, very responsive. Very easy to get in on arrival and to check out as well. Spent 4 nights here for a swim meet and it was perfect for us.

It’s a cute weekend getaway

It has a cute beachy feel. The appliances were a plus for a short stay. But the couch was a bit uncomfortable. It’s not really set up to spend extended time there, just sleep. The entrance of the room was on the backside of the house in an alley way so it made ubering a little complicated. But all in all it was a nice place to stay for 3 nights. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe

Was a nice rental. The only complaint was that the small living area/kitchen area had no AC and it was warm. The bedroom had a solid AC unit.

It was okay for a couple but not a daddy daughter vacay.

We didn’t end up staying because it was very hot and I felt my daughter would be uncomfortable out on sofa couch. It had a small wall unit that was not working properly so we decided not to stay. It was nice for a couple. TV was located in bedroom and not living area so it just wasn’t a place for a dad/daughter place to stay, other than that it was peaceful and quiet for the 45 minutes we were there.
