The adjacent dining area features a wooden table with chairs on one side and bench seating on the other. Two barstools sit at the counter for additional seating. The nearby fully equipped luxury kitchen creates an ideal space for preparing a scrumptious family meal. A construction lift will be stationed on the property during this time, and guests may hear some noise during daylight hours as work is being completed. They are mainly painting and repairing stucco so while there could be some noise it is not continuous noise that is very intrusive.
