Incredible beach week

Absolutely loved our beach vacation this year. The unit was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Loved the ease of being able to walk right out the beach directly from the deck. Glen arbor is our favorite summer destination and we can’t wait for next year!

Calm Mornings, Beautiful Sunsets

The unit is terrific and has all the comforts of home, except air conditioning. The weather was in the 70s when I was there and it was wonderful! Updated kitchen and baths are well done and have everything you need. The lake and beach are spectacular. All in all it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend the location and accommodations.

Great location, clean & updated property!

Stunning view, backyard is the beach (can’t beat that!), perfect location to visit all nearby must see places, property was crisp and clean. Ann & Rick were amazing hosts!!

Just a Getaway

Easy to deal with the hosts, easy to find as we were familiar with the area. Condo was excellent, very clean, updated, views spectacular, short walk to the beach. We will return to this condo!

Wonderful Place

Very clean and just steps from the beach. Beautiful sunsets! Close to restaurants, wineries, dunes, and hiking and biking. The condo was well furnished and the kitchen and bathroom updates were very nice. We would love to stay here again!

Lovely stay.

My husband and I stayed at Wilderness 6 for a long weekend. The condo was charming and exactly what we needed and as described. We loved relaxing on the deck and listening to the waves. Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Glen Arbor. We look forward to returning.

Sleeping bear bay condo

Nice updated condo on the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The beach is beautiful. The condo is super close to town for food, entertainment and shopping. It’s also close to empire bluffs and sleeping bear. Stayed here with 3 young kids. Highly recommend.

Fall Weekend Getaway

We had such a good trip! We enjoyed hiking and exploring Glen Arbor. The place was beautiful with a wonderful view of Lake Michigan. We spent our Saturday evening in playing board games we brought from home and eating pizza. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for sharing your Homestead home with us!

Views of Sleeping Bear Bay

The condo was wonderful. Coffee on the deck in the am listening to the birds and sunsets in the evening was great. And always the soothing sound of wind in the pines. Very quiet area, short walk to the beach, water incredibly clear, sandy beach with lots of skipping stones. Wish we had had more time to just enjoy being at the condo and beach, but had several family and event commitments. We hope to return next fall.

Perfect Vacation

Our family had an amazing stay. The place was very clean and had some nice updates done that made the stay very comfortable. The view of the lake and the short walk to the beach was perfect for our young children. The host are great communicators and very accommodating. We will be booking this place again!

A little piece of heaven

Our family’s stay at Wilderness 6 was everything we had hoped it would be. Nature abounds in this location and we made sure to soak in all of it. We loved our time, despite the rain and cold temps for half of our stay. We enjoyed the ease of travel to the grocers Daughter Chocolier for delicious sweets, Moomers for incredible ice cream, Broomstick for good burgers and watching some curling (next time we’ll pack warmer clothes to take lessons ourselves), and the incredible beauty of the dunes. Of course the beachfront property was the most special, watching the sun set right in front of us. The house was clean and updated. The owners were wonderful to work with - even the neighbors were lovely. We look forward to another visit to Glen Arbor and Wildwrness 6.
