Vacation in Architectural Monument combines heritage conservation and tourism. Historically valuable buildings are taken over, gently renovated and rented out as holiday flats. The model offers a double benefit: the monuments are given a new future and the holiday guests experience a stay in an exceptional building. The idea is being realised by the foundation Vacation in Architectural Monument (FiB), which was founded in 2005 by the Swiss Heritage Society.
Car park: There are two private car parks in front of the house.Â
Public transport: Take the train to St. Moritz, then change to the bus in the direction of Chiavenna, Stazione to Stampa, PalĂč station.
Bicycles: Can be parked in the garage.
Number of persons: 5-6 persons (1 double room, 1 single room (with red folding sofa bed), 1 room with double bed on the gallery and 1 single bed, baby cot on request)
Garden: The house is located directly on the river Maria. Garden furniture is available.
