LUXE @ the Park is in a quiet and established family-oriented neighborhood that sits on City of Atlanta's Emma Millican Park. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with kitchen and dining area. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. 50" Smart TV in master room, 40″ for the additional bedrooms, a 65" Smart TV in the common space. Available wi-fi and closet space is also available. The 1st guest bedroom includes (2) Full size beds, the 2nd includes a Queen size bed with a work desk and chair and the master bedroom includes a California King size bed with lounge bench and walk-in closet. Either of the rooms are fitting for any style, size family or single person(s). It is an open floor plan that leaves more space for your entertainment. There is also a fenced, furnished patio deck that oversees the walking trail in the park.

We had a great weekend at this property. It was well kept, the beds were comfortable and it was close to all the attractions that we had planned. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful

We loved our time here everything was beautiful and inviting. It could have been in a nicer part of town but we didn’t have any trouble either. Great place to relax and sleep after our time at the aquarium!

Just the place you need to get away from everyday life

This is the perfect spot to enjoy R&R with family or friends because each level of the home has great spaces for playing games, resting and connecting with each other. The full wraparound porch on both levels allows you to fully appreciate the beauty of Gods creation, and amenities like the pool table, darts, grill etc. make it easy to stay and play.

Atlanta Stay

House was great. Plenty of space for 4 adults. There were enough towels which we appreciated. Also there were plenty of kitchen tools and appliances to use for cooking, even seasonings. The house was close to everything we wanted to do. Pretty close to the airport. The surrounding areas weren't the best, but we were safe the entire time. The neighbors were friendly too.

Great property!

Love the house. Very well done inside with everything you’ll need to have a great week/weekend in the Atlanta area. Only small issue that no one could actually control…the temperature. Went on one of the coldest weekends that Atlanta has had in 10+ years. The house heater just couldn’t keep up with the intense cold. Any other time, it would’ve been very comfortable in the house. The host had great communication prior to arriving. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy home

Overall it was a good stay. The street is quiet. The host made himself available, was very responsive and helpful. Inside the home is as pictured.nicely decorated and cozy. My only issue is with cleanliness. It felt like maybe a quick surface cleaning was done, but it was obvious that the home has not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The amount of dust on the vents, windows, and baseboards was too much and aggravated my allergies. I did a lot of moving around the city and the house was centrally located. We seemed to be no more than 15-25 minutes from everything.

This property was a dream come true. It’s nestled by a beautiful park, close to downtown and easy to access many restaurants. The host was very communicative and provided a great list of places in the area. The house was immaculate and beautiful. I will stay here whenever I visit ATL!

4 Overnight 6 for Brunch

Very “homey” atmosphere! Great for our small intimate occasion. Celebrating sisterhood!Property Clean and updated. Very pleasant decor. Close to retail outlets. Even though we brought all we needed, nice to have a fully stocked kitchen and bath. We didn’t get to enjoy the cute patio because of the rain soaked cushions. To ensure enjoyment of this area, a deck box to protect the cushions from the elements would be great. Aside from that, the stay was most enjoyable—- close to perfect! Would definitely recommend use of the space.

Overall the place is as nice. The main bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous, but the guest bathroom and rooms weren’t very clean. There was also trash left under the bed in the guest room

ATL Experience

We enjoyed our 4-day stay in Atlanta. The house is accurate to the website. Bed was a little too firm for me But was sleepable. Only complaint was the coffee maker is a single serve and we were a family that drinks coffee LOL. Neighborhood was a little questionable but to be expected just to be in the downtown area. Overall we were pleased.

Learning about South

looked rather modest from outside but inside impressed us very much: three comfortable bedrooms,hardwood floors, nicely furnished, great kitchen and area to be together as a family. Very close to the city:12-15 minutes, quiet neighborhood, not far from grocery stores. We enjoyed it very much, thank you!

I was satisfied with my choice as far as size and price. My major complaint was with the dishwasher. There was standing water in the bottom and the odor was horrible. Some of the outlets did not work. The master bedroom was very roomy and comfortable.

Very nice place to stay, photos online were accurate with how the home looked inside. Great location close to the Mercedes Benz stadium and airport. Quiet neighborhood, host responded quickly to the questions we had. Worth the stay!
