This high end "VERY CLEAN" home is located in Stonington CT just 12 minutes to downtown Mystic, 16 minutes to Watch Hill RI , 5 Min to downtown Westerly, 10 minutes to the Stonington Borough, the historic Mystic Seaport, World acclaimed Mystic Aquarium [https://www.mysticaquarium.org/] Beaches, Marina's and all the high-end niche shops such as the Black Dog, Title River, Sift Bakery "winner of the Best Baker in America" and all fantastic restaurants this coastal town has to offer.

This newly renovated WATERFRONT has been professionally decorated loaded with warmth and all new upscale furnishings, very little has been left out of this home. Your home away from home has plenty of appliances and gadgets to accommodate the best of chef's in your family. There are plenty of places to gather or escape in this large 4000+ sq ft home. The estate offers manicured grounds with a brand 40,000 gallon heated pool. The pool area has a Fire pit, large patio and plenty of area on the large pool patio great to get some sun on the chaise lounge chairs or enjoy the cool coastal nights next to the fire pit. We offer 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards to use on the salt water river that leads out to Watch Hill RI very relaxing easy water to navigate with tons of scenic spots including our family of bald eagles!
Inside on the first floor the home has a gourmet eat in kitchen that seats 12 people, a large sun room with wide screen TV the all season sun-room with wicker furniture that has windows and doors that fully open up allowing the ocean breeze that blow from little Narraganset bay.
The basement offers a large entertainment room, full bathroom, with lounge area, full bar area, pool table, ping pong table, dart board and games along with a wide screen TV.
The upper floor[s] offer 2 master suites with King bed, two large closets, a fireplace, large master bath with a soaking tub and a custom shower.
Bonus room offers a 3 queen beds this is great room for kids with bean bags a large tv and a full bath. A 4th private bedroom suite with queen bed and large closet
This home is excellent for Family events, Anniversaryâs, Holidayâs that the whole family or family friends will enjoy.
