The air-conditioned space features a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy countertop dining area for three. Refresh after a day in the sun in the modern walk-in shower with a glass door.

- A coin-operated BBQ grill with availability from 10 AM to 9 PM.
- A dedicated children's playground for young ones to enjoy.

***PLEASE NOTE:
ELEVATOR REPLACEMENT:
From April 22, 2024, all elevators at Waikiki Banyan will undergo complete replacement. Each tower will have 1 elevator replaced at a time. During this period, there will be 3 elevators in operation instead of 4, leading to potentially longer wait times. The project is anticipated to be completed by June 2025.

DECK RENOVATION NOTICE:
The building's recreation deck, including the pool and BBQ, will be closed for renovation starting April 7th, with work expected to continue for approximately one year. Rates have already been discounted accordingly to reflect the temporary loss of these amenities. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as the building undergoes these improvements.***

THE BUILDING:
• There is a coffee shop on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a convenience store on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a coin machine on the ground floor next to the security office in Tower 2

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT:
Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM
Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:
Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses. Easy, Clean, Great Views Great location

The Waikiki Banyan as every Uber driver would refer to it as, is basically two high rise towers connected together by a 6th floor deck and parking garage. There’s elevators for each tower and about 5-6 of them and they are fast, no joke, but with 38 floors just be ready to be waiting during the peak times of the day. Our unit was clean and AC was on when we walked in. You get the basically as listed so expect to get olive oil and anything else you need for cooking. Sliding door to outdoor balcony kept getting stuck and hard to slide open and closed. Comfy bed, and couch when we chilled at nights. Kitchen is in good order, bathrooms are nice and as shown. Grills on the 6th floor deck are $2/hr and we cooked burgers and steaks which went fine. Overall we might stay elsewhere in Oahu just because Waikiki is very city like and busy, but for the area this unit is a great stay.

Gorgeous remodel, even better view!

We really loved this unit...the upgrades from the remodel were spot on: really nice floors, kitchen counters and tiles, full size fridge and all the amenities. The view just made us feel we were oceanfront and added to the luxurious feeling we felt each day while at the property. Definitely would rent again!!
