This bright and comfortable 2 bed 1 bath cottage is centrally located in the heart of the Rogue Valley. It’s walking distance to downtown where you will find many restaurants and coffee shops. It’s 2.5 miles from Asante medical center and close to Jacksonville, an old gold mining town and home of the Britt festival. 12 miles south you’ll find Ashland, home of the Shakespeare festival. Enjoy wine tasting at the many winery’s scattered throughout the valley. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Checking in was easy. The kitchen was especially well equipped compared to other accommodations I have rented. For the most part, the home was neat, clean and well stocked. We would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Beautiful updated home

We came for the Britt and enjoyed our stay at this nice quiet home. I was worried at first because its a duplex work a shared wall, but we didn't see nor hear the neighbors.

I stayed here with my friend and her husband joined the following day. My friend and I did a lot of cooking and enjoyed the kitchen. The photos of this house just don't do it justice!

Well appointed cottage

The cottage was located downtown near everything and the beds & linens were an excellent quality. There were coffee beans and a grinder, olive oil salt & pepper. Those things while small make the stay easy and comfortable.

Great location for celebrating the holidays

Spent Christmas here to be with a family member that lives in Medford. Kitchen was well stocked and were able to make all the meals for the holiday celebration and even able to make gingerbread cookies. Very close to stores and restaurants. Owner was very responsive to any questions and stopped by to greet us as we checked in.

Downtown Mint indeed!

This charming home had all the comfort and amenities a renter would hope to have and then some! The central location was also perfect for all the Southern Oregon must sees. Easy check in/out process is another plus.10/10 recommend.

Good Location

We did enjoy our stay and it was very convenient. The back yard photo in the listing of the round table and umbrella was no where near the actual backyard table. It was too hot to be outside, otherwise we would have like to use it and would not have been able to. That was the only disappointment.

Great stay in Medford

Wonderful place near downtown Medford. My husband and I loved our stay here. We were in town on a business trip for several days and wanted a place with a full kitchen. This fit our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet. Cartwright Market is very close for provisions and excellent sandwiches. The home is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed preparing breakfast here. The garden was outstanding! We arrived to see roses and iris blooming all around the house. What a warm welcome! Weekend in wine country

Quaint and lovely home

Impressively clean and easy access to all areas of Medford. Down the road from grocery stores, fast food, gasoline and easy on/off to I5. Parking was a bit tight for two vehicles with one dedicated spot in the driveway for vehicle and on street parking for the other. Many cars parked along street & so finding a close Place for our second vehicle was mildly difficult. Not any fault of the VRBO - just the way it is. Flora and fauna wrap around the entirety of this side of duplex and a nice seating area in the back. Which is my favorite part of any stay. Excellent correspondence with owner and easy check in and out. Will stay here again and again.

Quaint stay

Really cute spot in Medford, maybe we didn’t know what downtown Medford was but it definitely felt longer than a 5 minute walk to downtown. Maybe like 10-15 minute walk. But regardless the home is in a great neighborhood very quiet very comfortable bed and the owner is very responsive but we had little to no issues with the actual place
