This bright and comfortable 2 bed 1 bath cottage is centrally located in the heart of the Rogue Valley. It’s walking distance to downtown where you will find many restaurants and coffee shops. It’s 2.5 miles from Asante medical center and close to Jacksonville, an old gold mining town and home of the Britt festival. 12 miles south you’ll find Ashland, home of the Shakespeare festival. Enjoy wine tasting at the many winery’s scattered throughout the valley. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Well appointed cottage

The cottage was located downtown near everything and the beds & linens were an excellent quality. There were coffee beans and a grinder, olive oil salt & pepper. Those things while small make the stay easy and comfortable.

Downtown Gem

I stayed here with my friend and her husband joined the following day. My friend and I did a lot of cooking and enjoyed the kitchen. The photos of this house just don't do it justice!

Great location for celebrating the holidays

Spent Christmas here to be with a family member that lives in Medford. Kitchen was well stocked and were able to make all the meals for the holiday celebration and even able to make gingerbread cookies. Very close to stores and restaurants. Owner was very responsive to any questions and stopped by to greet us as we checked in.

Great stay. Comfy beds and sectional. Walk to downtown is flat one+ mile.

Great Place to Stay

This was great for our week checking out Southern Oregon. The house is very well equipped as we did a lot of cooking. The host was extremely responsive and very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend in wine country

We wanted to visit Southern Oregon wine country, see a play, do some hiking and relax. The house was perfectly situated for all our plans. Comfy, quiet and well-appointed.

Clean, property manager answered questions quickly.

House was very clean, but no TVs in bedrooms. One parking spot. Front yard is overgrown. Neighborhood is so so.

Vintage Bungalow

Our stay with Jon was absolutely awesome! The house was vintage, quaint and newly remodeled. It’s located less than 5 minutes from downtown Medford and close to a bunch of restaurants, as well. Jon was super friendly and communicative! We loved staying here and will definitely be back!

Lovely property

Well appointed with all the essentials covered. Quiet, convenient, and relaxing. Beautiful garden starting in front and continuing around the side. We especially enjoyed the scents of lavender and rosemary. Thank you to our host.

Quaint stay

Really cute spot in Medford, maybe we didn’t know what downtown Medford was but it definitely felt longer than a 5 minute walk to downtown. Maybe like 10-15 minute walk. But regardless the home is in a great neighborhood very quiet very comfortable bed and the owner is very responsive but we had little to no issues with the actual place

Great stay in Medford

Wonderful place near downtown Medford. My husband and I loved our stay here. We were in town on a business trip for several days and wanted a place with a full kitchen. This fit our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet. Cartwright Market is very close for provisions and excellent sandwiches. The home is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed preparing breakfast here. The garden was outstanding! We arrived to see roses and iris blooming all around the house. What a warm welcome! Positive experience

This house is very nice & clean and very pleasant for a short /few days vacation. I would only suggest that more towel racks and hooks to hang clothes/jackets etc., and maybe a mirror in both bedrooms (only in one). Also should note there is no dishwasher or garbage disposal in the kitchen. Otherwise very nice place to stay. 👍

Quaint and lovely home

Impressively clean and easy access to all areas of Medford. Down the road from grocery stores, fast food, gasoline and easy on/off to I5. Parking was a bit tight for two vehicles with one dedicated spot in the driveway for vehicle and on street parking for the other. Many cars parked along street & so finding a close Place for our second vehicle was mildly difficult. Not any fault of the VRBO - just the way it is. Flora and fauna wrap around the entirety of this side of duplex and a nice seating area in the back. Which is my favorite part of any stay. Excellent correspondence with owner and easy check in and out. Will stay here again and again.
