The Premier Suite features King-sized bed luxury, a choice of firm or soft pillows, and black out curtains for a restful night's sleep. The comfortable living area has a dining table for four and a sitting area to relax as well as a cozy fireplace, a Queen sized Murphy wall bed, a balcony, and another full bathroom. The well appointed kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals; with Stainless Steel appliances, dishes, and all cooking tools. Great 1 Bedroom Condo

The Riverside walk was so nice to have right there!1 bedroom with a compact kitchen was just what I wanted for my 1 week stay. I was able to cook for myself which was cost effective.I recommend

Our New Favorite!

The property was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was very well stocked and communication with the property managers was quick and easy. It was perfect for a couple and sound did not travel from the front room to the bedroom. Worked great for us, will definitely being staying in this unit again.

Central Oregon Getaway

We spent a few days enjoying the beauty of Central Oregon and loved the location of this place. It is walking distance to downtown and a park. The design and space within this condo is perfect for a couple or 2 with plenty of amenities.

Bend weekend

We came to Bend for a concert and were super close to the venue and close to downtown. The place was perfect for 2 couples - we each had our own private room and bathroom and balcony.

Nice location and easy to access

Great location!

Small but comfy. Great location and a short walk to downtown and a park that is on the river. Plenty of amenities inside and well stocked to cook meals. BBQ is electric which was a bit different but great to have. Cleanliness was decent - floors were filthy and we had to wear socks the entire time while inside, they ended up in the trash, also there was long hair left behind in both showers. Overall we were pleased with our stay and it easily would have been a 5 if the floors and showers were clean.

Great place!

This condo fit our needs perfectly. It is exactly as pictured- bright, beautiful decor, and comfortable beds. The complex was quiet and safe, and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would definitely stay there again next time we are in Bend.

The property was right by the river at Pioneer Park. Everything was as expected. Beds were comfy. A/C in both rooms. I second the need for more coffee mugs.

Lovely apartment. Great location. Suggestion to property listing: property location turned out to be the same as rental agency's address which is NOT usually the case. Address for property location could be more specific.

The property needs to be cleaned better, I literally had Black feet from walking on the floors. They didn't clean behind the bathroom door so you saw the hair and dirt from other guest. GROSS!!

Comfortable stay

Very comfortable stay for our family of 3, the unit is actually two units together, with a bedroom and a living room with a murphy bed, and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The listing and email from property owner said this was a ground floor property, but it is actually on the 3rd floor. Unit is conveniently located near central Bend aboout 35-40mins to Mt. Bachelor.

Convenient and Comfortable but....

We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo is well layed out, modern and very comfortable. Also quiet which is a big plus for me. The only downside was the cleanliness could have been better. There was a can of recycling in the front closet - assuming that was left by the previous renter. And on the second day my husband discovered two unclean towels in the main bathroom. We reported it as an fyi to the owner but didn't get a reply other than someone would get back to us, but no one ever did. Because of that, I could not give it a 5.

Great Location. Easy walk to Downtown Bend

We enjoyed the location. Wish we would have known there wasn't an elevator to the 3rd floor only steep steps up. The unit was nice. The cleanliness of it was AWFUL. All of the bottoms of our feet were constantly black from the dirty floors. I don't think the floors have been mopped in years. The upstairs bedroom closet floor was filthy and so was the floor behind the bathroom door in the upstairs shower/toilet area. The sliding glass doors rails were so very dirty and the decks were dirty, so we opted not to sit outside. It's to bad the unit wasn't clean. They did a nice job on the remodel and decorating. The kitchen had enough things to be able to cook simple meals. We really could have used another white trash bag, leaving guests with just one is kinda silly. Some hooks on the back of the bathroom doors (for robes while in the shower) would have been nice too. I was afraid to have my clothes hit the floor, especially in the upstairs bathroom as I'm not interested in previous guests, pubic hairs getting on my robe (yuck). Would I rent this unit again? Probably not, only because of the lack of cleanliness. It's to bad too.
