Welcome to fabulous San Diego! This incredible home is located in the desirable neighborhood of Bay Park, which is the most central spot in town. All new furnishings bring this ultrachic space to life. Picture yourself soaking in the views of a famous Southern California sunset while you enjoy a glass of wine on the deck... Lounging on the super comfortable outdoor sofa and feeling the warmth of the brand new fire pit... you'll never want this vacation to end!

The Space:
Three bedrooms, the kitchen, dining area, living room, and 2 bathrooms are located on the main level:
First room - 2 twin beds
Second room - Queen bed
Third room (master) - King bed with an attached bathroom
The kitchen is fully stocked and opens up to a large dining table and bright & spacious living room. There is a smart TV in the living room, a gorgeous patio deck with outdoor seating and dining, complete with fire pit. Downstairs in the den you'll find another queen sized bed, a separate living space, half bath, kitchenette and tons on games for the family to play. The backyard has a couple chairs and Cornhole! There's free parking in the back of the home, as well as the driveway, and unregulated street parking. In the garage there is a washer and dryer for your use.

Guest access is completely contactless. You will be given all check-in information, including a lockbox code, 3 days prior to arrival.

With views of Mission Bay & south to Sea World & Point Loma. This is perfect for you to enjoy all the activities that make San Diego America's Finest City. Minutes to our beaches, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Little Italy, Balboa Park, The Old Globe Theater, Petco Park, Coronado, La Jolla, fine dining and shopping. Easy access to the Del Mar Racetrack, Lego Land and San Diego Zoo Safari Park. If you are looking for the perfect location to be right in the mix of things without the hustle-bustle & noise - this is the ideal location.

Getting Around:
A trolley service can take you to many places in San Diego: the International border, downtown, Little Italy, UCSD, University Town Center (shopping and dining), and more! The station is walking distance from this home. And street parking in the neighborhood is free, unregulated and easily had.

Great Stay

We chose this house because of its proximity and ease of access to almost everything we wanted to do while we were visiting San Diego as well as the layout/comfortability (per the listing). The house didn't disappoint. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, the house was well-stocked, and the accommodations were comfortable.

Golf Outing with the Brother In Laws

We had a great time at this property. It was perfect for four adults who were there for two days of golf. There was plenty of room. It was very clean. And the patio and view were incredible. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Place - Centrally Located

We had a group of 6 adults staying and loved the house. It's very centrally located - convenient to everything you'll want to visit in SD. Beautiful view of the bay and comfortable beds!

Great deck space

We had a great stay. Our group of friends enjoyed hanging out on the deck with the fire pit. Nice quiet neighborhood and located close to lots of attractions. Would definitely stay again!

If you’re looking for a property that’s close to all things that are fun for the entire family, this is the place! Only 10 to 15 minutes from the beach, Sea World, and so many great places to eat and shop! We loved our stay and really love San Diego❤️ Looking forward to coming back again 😊

SD getaway

Great house. Loved evenings on the back patio by the fire pit watching the sunset. Worked great for our family of 5. Was conveniently located for seeing sites all around the area.

Family vacation

This would be a 5 star review except that I had difficulty in convincing the host that not everyone uses a smart phone and that communication other than a short text with no links should be sent via email. This was my first time using vrbo. First property I rented used a different system for payment than this property, so there was some confusion about making the second payment on this property which I felt the host did not adequately explain.

A quick stay

Nice place. Great views from the balcony. Home was clean and tidy, was able to check in earlier than 3 which was nice. Only thing I didn’t see was a dishwasher, so you hand clean and dry anything you use. Overall a nice place to stay for myself and some buddies on a fishing trip. If I had one complaint it would be the mattresses are extremely soft. Not preferred for my bad back, but that’s me specifically.

Moms and Daughters Girls weekend!

Rented this property with a couple of Moms and our girls for the weekend! This house was perfect for us and also provided separate space for our Teens to hang out in when they didn’t want to do Mom stuff anymore lol! The location is awesome. We took advantage of being close to the Trolley and used that to go Downtown. Also, just a 12 minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood is super cute and quiet. The host was exceptionally prompt with any questions I had and the check out process was super easy. I will definitely look at renting this property again.

Immaculate & Central location

This property was exactly as pictured! It was super clean. It’s chic & stylish & it was perfect for our 2 families, there were 8 of us and it fit us comfortably! One of the bonuses is the outdoor balcony has the view of Mission Bay & nightly 9 pm Firework show you can see from Sea World! The outdoor table & couch seating area allowed us to enjoy the property & our teens roasted s’mores over the fire pit! Did I mention it’s location is central to all the beaches & SD hot spots to visit!? I would definitely rent this property again! It also has beach chairs, two umbrellas, washer & dryer in the garage! *The only thing that really needs attention is the screen slider that kept getting stuck-off track. It’s old and needs to be replaced. Otherwise this property is a gem! Book it!

San Diego Heat Wave

First night was great! once the heat came the air conditioner didn't work. The house stayed at about 80 degrees day and night. A Fan in the living room area would have been nice just to get air moving. The downstair bed kept disassembling too the boards would pop out while sleeping. I would also recommend an drawer or an armoire for the room downstairs, My wife and I didn't have a place to hang our clothes or put them in a drawer for our week stay. Overall our stay was much better than staying in a hotel. The location was perfect and the neighbors were nice. Thank you for trying to get the air conditioner to work.

Centrally Located

My family and I thought the location of the house is ideal if you want to visit both the northern and southern parts of San Diego. Only 10 mins from the airport. The neighborhood felt safe but we didn’t feel we had much privacy as the next door neighbors are just steps away and the balcony is in view of the back neighbor’s car port. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy meals, snacks and drinks. The restroom had everything we needed. The bedrooms upstairs were small and the beds were hard. Which some people like. The downstairs bedroom / den (game room) felt very private and stayed very cool. We liked that it had a half bath and a place to lounge inside and outside. With plenty of games to enjoy. We would definitely rent this house again. There were some minor issues that need to be fixed. (Water leak in the down stairs half bath and in the living space when it rains. The bed frame downstairs is poorly assembled. We had to fix it. Patio roof leaked when it rained. Fire pit didn’t work. Only sheer curtains.

Beautiful Home with a great View from the Patio

The home was clean, and the photos are accurate. The house provided soft and firm beds. Parking is tight and on a mountain. They provide a garage, driveway, and a back parking spot. We had 3 cars and this home provided 3 parking spots. The patio was a hit for us. Fire pit in front of a pit group and a great view of the water from the patio.
