Amazing 5-bedroom Bay View house w/ Jacuzzi

This amazing 5-bedroom home is just 2 blocks to Mission Bay and 6 blocks to Mission Beach. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it is walking distance to great restaurants and all the beach and bay have to offer. A short drive to Sea World, the zoo, La Jolla, and downtown. Huge 8 person jacuzzi, fire table, BBQ grill, and outdoor ping pong table as well as views of Mission Bay and Sea World fireworks from the rooftop patio.

House inventory:

- Ready-made beds and one bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per guest

- One Beach Towel per guest

- Kitchen starter kit: hand soap, one sponge, dish soap, dishwasher soap, a roll of paper towels, and trash bags (Note: we do not supply any baggies, tinfoil, etc.)

- Bathroom: Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

- Laundry detergent

You will have access to the entire house except for some closets and storage areas. This includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms, recreational room, rooftop deck, and yard.You will have garage access for parking.

Quiet neighborhood nestled between Mission Bay and the Garnet Ave.

Neighborhood is very walkable. Free street parking. Uber and Lyft are also available.

Amazing location, and house

We had a family gathering for a graduation the house was perfect for us. All the amenities you need walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Property Manager was attentive and responsive. We definitely would rent the house again.

Relaxing... Beautiful.... ideal Vacation Rental

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house location is ideal, within walking distance to almost everything Mission Bay/Beach has to offer. The room sizes are large and the beds are even better. Quiet neighborhood location. The home offers bikes, kayaks, surfboards, beach towels, the biggest jacuzzi I have ever seen, BBQ, beach chairs, ping-pong table. The view from the 3rd floor is beautiful. The thrid floor room does not have a door so privacy is a bit limited in that room, though it has its own private staircase. The host is so responsive, followed up on everything and did exactly what they offered from the time of booking and then some. I noticed there was a pack-n-play and other young family necessities in the home. Also the downstairs bedroom is large and the bathroom downstairs has a stand up shower. The 2nd story has 3 bedrooms. One master with a big bathroom and the other two rooms share a jack-n-jill bath. Upstars has a mini fridge with a shower and two big beds. I feel lucky that we had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful home and our experience will bring us back, hopefully very soon.

Great house and location… but

First, the house was immaculate and nicely decorated. The beds were so comfortable. The hot tub was amazing. The location is perfectly located in a nice area. But - the top “room” is not a closed door bedroom. If you want privacy, this is not the room for you. But a great view from the top. Just wished the pads were on the chaise chair to enjoy the space. Maybe add a table up there. Also if you are even “outside” after 10, be prepared to be reprimanded by the neighbor - who seems a bit miffed that there is a vacation rental next door. Maybe not advertise the jacuzzi is available 24 hours. We weren’t there for long but it worked for what we needed… a weekend of mature family and friends.
