Nice place and area

Although the weather didn't cooperate the property was well kept and spotless and in a nice area. The only real complaint was the inability to adjust the thermostat temperature (as it was during the middle of a major cold snap). Other than that I would recommend and would keep this place in mind if I wanted to vacation around that area.

Central location- safe neighborhood-Nice home for families

We enjoyed this property to host half of our family in Sarasota for a family reunion. We were able to accommodate the whole family for a lovely dinner at the large dining table. The kitchen has been remodeled and has all that you need and probably most of what you might want too! The pool was great- and we didn't pay the extra for heating it, even in February. Plenty of towels and linens, and lots of separate spaces for separate families - as well as a nice gathering space in the living room. Our nephew loved the rocker chairs in the room with bunks. I would suggest the owner add some type of darker tile, floor tape or maybe a rug because there is a step down to the back bedroom, and in the dark hallway, several of us almost fell down not seeing the step. The tiles match so perfectly you cant really see it - so keep an eye open when walking back to that room. We loved the place- it was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was good for daily walks and it is super close to the airport. Don't fret- it is NOT noisy inside from the airport noise. You will hear planes outside, but it is pretty quiet inside and we were not disturbed by the sound. You will enjoy it here!

This is our second property and we purchased specifically in Sarasota because we fell in love with all the white sandy beaches and the town itself. We love coming as a family here and always make the best memories every time we visit. We are sure you will too!
