Welcome to Legends Landing!

Legends Landing is under a mile from the stadium and walking distance to everything you may need! The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a lovely balcony with seating and a grill! The Alabama themed unit has everything you need to enjoy the perfect game day including a comfy couch and two red recliners plus a big TV! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and utensils you will need to create a delicious meal or some game day treats!

The first bedroom has a Queen bed and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub. The second bedroom also has a Queen bed and an attached bathroom with a tub-shower. Both bedrooms also have a TV. There is a sleeper sofa in the unit with bedding provided.

You can enjoy multiple complex amenities here, which include a pool with waterfall, 24-hour fitness center, tanning beds and 24 hr. business center with free printing! The complex pool area is open 24/7. Please be aware that there are no lights in or around the pool area though.

This is a pet friendly property!

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. This includes the pool and/or hot tub. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

Game Day

We really enjoyed this property. It’s a great size for hosting a dinner or pregame celebration. Very walkable to the stadium. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Beds and furnishings were comfortable. The balcony is really nice too.

Great A-Day Stay

Location and weather were perfect for walking to campus for the A-Day activities! No worries about parking and easy walk to baseball, football, Supe store and Starbucks. Will definitely keep this saved as a stay-again! Owners were great getting back to us quickly when we had questions - and it was very clean and well decorated.

Great location

Stayed for a week to visit our son. Great location, close to campus and walkable to the Coleman Coliseum. Condo was as advertised. No issues, great communication from owner before and after visit. Would stay again…

Nailed it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Parents Weekend

Beautiful property close to campus and in a safe area. Just off 15th Street and a few blocks to BDS. We found the 2/2 to have all the amenities we needed to relax as if we were at home for the weekend. Thank you for the ease of checking in, checking on and checking out.
