Christmas minimum of 05 nights - Package R$ 61,250.00 + energy consumption for the period
Carnival minimum of 07 nights - Package R$ 87,750.00 + energy consumption for the period
New Year's Eve minimum of 10 nights - Package R$ 122,500.00 + energy consumption for the period

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The property is rented with 03 employees, in the amount of R$ 450.00 per day, not included in the reservation price.
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 business days after check-out.
Check-in hours: 2pm to 6pm – after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: 8 am to 12 pm - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or a representative will meet the customer at the property, at the previously scheduled time, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs after 18:00 hours, a convenience fee plus 01 night must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, fees will be transferred to the renter, with a minimum of 35 days before the check-in date.

PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/celebrations/events on the property.
The house is limited to 14 (fourteen) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holder of the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damages occurred during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of law or internal regulation of the condominium.
