Yearly visit for us

Definitely enjoyed our stay! It was a good location for where I was looking for and really liked having a pool to relax in when we weren’t at the beach. Would definitely recommend this property to others!

Great Spot

We were in town for a baseball tournament and there was no better location. Close to the beach, close to the fields. House was perfect and host was fantastic.

Nice stay

Kids enjoyed the pool! They were not thrilled with all the sand and walking to get to the beach. Very clean and had all the extras we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of towels for all of us. Washer and dryer was very useful as well. A short drive to various beaches and shopping. I

Weekend Getaway

First off, Thank you to Randy for being such an amazing host! Communication throughout our stay was great. The one complaint I can make is the AC. The main AC unit for the rooms in the home needs maintenance. Main living room was cool but the rooms were hot for sleeping. The room with the AC unit was great since u can set the temp lower. Other than this issue this house is great. The outdoor space was perfect for family fun and the grill was a plus. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. Publix near by for supplies. I would definietly stay again.

False advertisement

First of all , when i booked for a place to stay at with my friends, the owner had a false advertisement . It said that the place sleeps 11 people. Not 11 …. Maybe 6 adults and two kids . We had 9 adults and one 2 year old. The 4th bedroom is basically useless . It is not attached to the central AC!It has a window Ac which is loud and coming on and off in every 15 minutes The spa has a nice controller but doesn’t work . One of the guests had to sleep in the Living room because her room was full of roaches running around the room! I booked for 10 people 2 nights only and we had 2 rolls of toilet paper! We checked everywhere in the house but there was none . Never stayed at a place where we had to bring basic supplies such as toilet paper for the price we payed . Overall very disappointing stay! hopefully Vrbo going out and check this place to make sure the owner and cleaning crew complies.

Great place!!

Place was clean and spacious. Only minor comment is the description of 2 x Single beds in living room #1. It only consists of a thin sectional couch that isn't overly comfortable to sleep on. Other than that... place was clean and comfortable.
