Welcome to Pepe's Place! This 1900 sf 3 bed, 2 bath home is located halfway between Houston and Galveston Island, minutes from shopping and restaurants including the Seabrook Waterfront and Kemah Boardwalk theme park!
Feels like being in the country, yet close to so much. Beautiful interior. Property includes 8'x18' heated Spa/Pool (from 3â6" to 4â6" deep) available 365 days/year, covered front and back patios, outdoor grill, fully stocked kitchen, adjustable beds in primary and secondary bedroom, bunk beds in third, and full-size inflatable air mattress available. Wifi available. Towels, toilet paper and toiletries provided.
**This home can accommodate 8 people total with use of inflatable air mattress**

- Less than 5 minutes to MD Anderson Cancer Center's League City Campus & other hospitals

Named after my beloved Chihuahua, Pepe, who passed away in 2021 at the age of 17.5 years old, Pepe was an expert in good vibes, relaxation and sleeping! Like his likeness you see once you walk through the door, Pepe welcomes you and asks you to stay awhile and leave your worries at the door. đ

This newer home is well maintained, comfortable and has a great country feel. It's close enough to major area attractions so you will never get bored, being an equal distance from Houston and Galveston Island! The spa pool is great for cooling off in Summer or warming up in Winter.
