This is a great property within walking distance of Elon University. Communication was very good and host was responsive. Property was very clean, which was much appreciated. Only thing I would suggest is changing the front door locking device to something more intuitive and understandable. The touch key pad was confusing and cumbersome to use. This is just a small item to improve upon and would definitely stay again, regardless.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The house was spotless on arrival, and the beds were very comfortable, which made it easy to unwind. It’s set in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful surroundings, and the home itself is very spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were lots of thoughtful amenities throughout the house. Communication with the host was seamless; they were welcoming, responsive, and truly accommodating from start to finish. We’d happily stay again!

Good location, spacious home

I liked most everything about the property. Lots of room, clean, good condition. If the property owner can fix the water pressure if the master shower, then it would be perfect.

Elon student visit

Great location, quiet, spacious, clean. My sister and I were visiting my son at Elon. The location is close to campus, less than 10 minute walk to Historic neighborhood. Quick drive as well. Plenty of inexpensive Ubers as an option. We both said we would return to this property. Much more comfortable than the local hotels.

Great and convenient stay!

We had a great stay. The property is just as listed. We were in town for AAU JO and wanted somewhere close-- despite a late start to finding a rental home. Though this home was about 26 minutes away from Aggie stadium, the drive was totally okay. The home is perfectly located near grocery, shopping, and restaurants. The area was less congested than staying in Greensboro. The home was spacious and comfortably accommodated our week long stay. The home is located in a nice neighborhood (never saw them -ha) and was safe and quiet. We only had one neighbor. We were on the corner near the road, but not a problem at all. There was a bike/walking trail which was nice for the cooler evenings. There are only two Tv's in the home (living and master room) (seems to be normal among the rentals we have stayed in), but we came prepared for that. The rooms are nice sizes, master very spacious. We had a couple minor hiccups while in the home, but owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The home is really nice. Overall great stay, would stay again in the future.
