Hey Tina! Thanks for booking with us.. normally dont respond to reviews but couldnt let this one slide. Apologies we never received any of your messages, along with pictures. We checked all of our call logs, office emergency line, etc and can not find a single form of communication. We have teams on call 24/7 to assist any of our guest. Great Condo!

The whole property seemed clean and well maintained, pools, etc. Everything in the condo functioned as it should, TVs, AC, refrigerator, etc. Also, it was nice to have a carpeted living area and bedroom instead of hard flooring. The check-in process was quick and the owner was friendly. We will definitely stay there again.
