It was an older home that has been set up well for small groups. The host replied to messages VERY quickly. They provide ample supplies, so you don't have to worry about buying toilet paper after 2 days. We especially appreciated the coffee supplies. We came to Indy for a few days because we like several establishments there. But being in this neighborhood we found a new favorite place: "BBQ and Bourbon". Great food and great service!

Ants in kitchen. Sofa is very very dirty.In bathroom, only used shampoo bottle in very bad looking condition and no bath soap.Otherwise bed was neat and clean.

Perfect stay

Perfect location for month of May with only a 15 min walk to the motor speedway. Cannot think of a better place to rent for Indy 500!

Unfortunately, this property did not accurately reflect the photos or condition presented in the listing, and we left feeling genuinely misled and, frankly, swindled.We understand vacation rentals experience normal wear and tear, and we don’t expect perfection. This went far beyond that. Multiple blinds were broken, bent, missing slats, or severely damaged, including window coverings literally held together with black tape. Furniture was visibly stained, doors and walls were damaged, hardware was missing or poorly repaired, and a floor register contained significant dirt and debris.The bathroom was particularly concerning. The shower head had substantial buildup, while the window located directly inside the shower showed peeling paint, deteriorated wood, staining, failed or questionable seals, and obvious evidence of prolonged moisture exposure. There were additional damaged surfaces, gaps, deteriorated trim, and maintenance issues throughout the property.Outside, piles of leaves, branches, garbage bags, and other debris were stacked directly against the house, with visible staining and discoloration along the siding.A couple of these things could be overlooked. The problem was the cumulative condition of the property. It simply did not resemble the clean, well-maintained rental portrayed in the listing.We extensively photographed the condition upon arrival. Had the listing photos accurately represented the property as it currently exists, we would not have booked.

I actually loved staying at this location! Our host was nice and responsive! I did not have any issues checking in. The place was neat and I was impressed with my overall stay!

Great location to the race track. 1 mile. Groceries and other items are close. House is clean and equipped fairly well. We discovered it has a Keurig, so bring you own special brew. Alan is very responsive

House is close to Indy Nat’l Speedway in a great neighborhood. The house has a nice back porch that was great for relaxing. Lots of squirrels and a chipmunk for entertainment. Even though the house sits on a busy road with a fire station down the street, the noise was tolerable. Hoping some improvement suggestions for the shower options are taken. We would stay again.

Picked this home because it was the right size and location from Indy Speedway, which was why we were visiting. Very nice home, had to bring by our own grill, only amenity it didn’t have.

Great house and location

The house worked out great for me and my friends. The location to where we needed to be, and to downtown Speedway, was great. The owner was easy to communicate with. The kitchen was well-equipped. The only issue we had was that the oven/stove stopped working while we were trying to cook dinner.

Excellent stay, 5 minutes to Speedway

We enjoyed our stay for a weeklong event at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. 5 minutes from the track and lots of food options on Main Street. The house was clean and everything worked as advertised. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking, but the cabinets and drawers seem to have all that’s necessary for those who wish to cook. Washer and dryer in the basement if needed. The houses in that area do not have much of a driveway, so if you are staying with multiple cars, two cars are no problem, three may be a squeeze if they are larger. Definitely would stay here again if the need arises.

Easy to contact

Over all the property was as described the only downfall but was out of property owners controll was there was construction on the road in front of the property and the furnace wasnt working properly but when we let him know he was willing to get someone out to look at it
