As you leave... In the bathroom please clean the sink, commode, and shower. Spray, vacuum and cleaning supplies in the hall closet.

Loved this home. Very cute home close to downtown New Albany just across the river from Louisville. Well stocked, clean and perfect backyard for our dog. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if coming to Louisville!! Awesome stay!!

Very cool house with beautiful French doors. Loved all the outdoor sitting areas. Host is very easy to communicate with. Location is central to all of New Albany and easy to get to Louisville.

We had a wonderful stay. My granddaughter loved the playground only 2 blocks away. The fenced in backyard was great for the dog and the younger children to play. The house was very clean with lots of room for the entire family. We loved it.

No bathroom or bedroom on main floor and no hand railing to go down stairs to side door. Hard to assist elderly. Close to a busy road so a little noisy if not use to that. Great yard for pets. Comfortable place; enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

Fantastic lodging for families attending events at The Foundry and The Refinery!!! The owners couldn't have been more accommodating, and we loved the house. Fun vintage feel but fully up to date. We have another celebration in the next 12 months, and we'll certainly be back!

Truck Show Stay

The house worked out great for all of our group to stay while the guys attended the Truck show in Louisville, while the girls hit a few of the hot spots. We had plenty of room for all of us to hang out in the evenings. The host was very quick to respond when we had questions and delivered batteries for a remote super fast. We will stay again next year!

Fabulous trip made better by a fabulous host

I cannot begin to describe how wonderful our stay was. The location was absolutely fabulous with a small back yard and several well sized rooms. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this place to families and especially pet owners.

Great place to stay to tour around Kentucky

The house exceeded our expectations and was even nicer than the pictures. There was lots of space for the five of us. We walked around the neighborhood and eventually found the river walk/green belt which was nice. It’s a great location to get around the surrounding areas.

Just Perfect!!!

What a cute old house!!!! It was SO comfortable and my two frenchies LOVED the backyard and the little park around the corner! The house was clean and the Host even had little treats for my furbabies and ME! The location was just perfect for the wedding! Thank you for making our trip SO comfortable!

Perfect for us!

This house was exactly what we needed, including size and location. There was plenty of space, and the backyard was so cute. We loved the character of this older home, but found the updates to be great as well. The house was stocked with almost everything we needed. The host was amazing!

This house was a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed the layout where someone could be watching TV in one room, reading in another room and a conversation going on the back porch and nobody felt like we disturbing the others. Great use of glass throughout the first floor. Very responsive host.

Fantastic home

Definitely would stay here again, We came up for our son's travel football team. If we come back next year would definitely stay in this home again . Love the small touches that they did. They knew we were coming with our boys left us treats and a sweet note definitely love these owners. Home was very clean.

Short family vacation

Our family consist of 3 teenagers, 2 adults and our 2 Yorkies. The house had plenty of room for everyone. The beds were amazing. The record player was a nice touch…the teenagers were amazed. The fenced in yard was nice. We would definitely stay again!!

Perfect vacation home in New Albany!

This is an adorable, historic home in a great location. We came to visit family and were able to have a family picnic in the backyard. The hosts were excellent! They thought of everything! They even showed their love of dogs by providing a welcome toy and snacks for our pups. The yard was private and perfect for our dogs to get exercise. We definitely recommend this house!
