Suite 1 (front 1st floor): 2 King Primary bedrooms with updated en suite bathrooms. Full kitchen, dining area, living room. 65” TV, Serena Lily swing and covered veranda overlooking the lake with BBQ and seating.

Suite 2 (first floor): 1 King bedroom with updated marble bathroom. Living room and kitchen.

Suite 3 (first floor): 2 King bedrooms. One updated marble bathroom, living room, dining area, kitchen. Has a patio for all guests to access with hot tub, seating with gas fire pit and BBQ.

Suite 4 (second floor): 1 King bedroom, updated marble bathroom, living room and kitchen.

As advertised but lacking maintenance and service

First the good: the location is stunning, the suites are nice, the kitchen is the most well stocked for a vacation rental that I have ever seen, pool is phenomenal. Be aware the suites only connect from the outside next to a busy fast road so not ideal for small children, the tap water undrinkable, and the 70-somethings in our group found the place very inaccessible (e.g., lacking stair railings, poorly lit, difficulty with warped doors, etc.). Those would not be issues for everyone but other aspects were surprising for this level of rental and price. We had power outages, water outages, a hot water outage. An electrician who came by commented on the shady wiring. The owners provided minimal supplies -- even the hand soap dispensers were down to the dregs. They did not answer a single question on the app leading up to our stay (for instance they did not explain about the disconnected suites when I asked) and sent a message detailing the precise (very modest) number of supplies they would provide but then didn't even provide those. Once we were at the house, they DID respond to messages on the app within an hour and came over more than once and addressed every issue quickly. Though they would not provide their phone number despite my asking many times: when standing there wondering for the 3rd time whether we would be able to cook, drink, shower, flush, I just would have loved to talk with an actual person.

Wonderful wedding

We loved the location and the house so much for our wedding We did receive the codes to the house however until 2 days after we arrived Also the pool area wasn’t the cleanest but we didn’t use it Love the touch of saratoga chips and water !!

Great location and gorgeous property. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving here with a huge family of artist, pastors and musicians. It was perfect la out for us. We had time all together in the main suit and time alone in individual suits. Our children were fully accommodated with the game room and living spaces in each suite.

Wonderful family stay on Saratoga Lake

Everything about our family stay passed my expectations and I am very particular. It was a siblings, spouse trip and everyone had a great time. The property is clean, decorated beautifully and it had all of the amenities to make everyone feel at home. The view and the proximity to the lake was amazing and a-lot of us took advantage of the pool right on the premises. We had easy access to the Saratoga Racetrack, Saratoga downtown with plenty of unique shopping and dining for all. We are hoping to return next year! Thank you for your Hospitality!
