NO PARTYING! If your intention is to party, respectfully, move on to the next house. We want guest that appreciate a good, clean place to stay and we want to provide that to them. We will strictly enforce the no partying. We respect our neighbors and want to be good steward’s of the neighborhood. 3 car limit at house.

Parking is extremely limited due to the width of the street and the park pad is limited to two cars. Three cars will be a challenge. Two cars are not a problem.

Major event attractions are very close to the house - The Battery, Suntrust Park, Downtown Atlanta, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Stone Mountain, Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield, White Water. The list goes on and on.....

Perfect

My family and I stayed in this home and it was perfect. Hosts were very responsive and addressed any requests/ issues timely. I would give a 10 out of 10 for the experience and will definately would stay here again!

This property owner is a fraud

I have pictures and video of the conditions of this home. I left it cleaner than what we came into! I have downloaded the pixs but video still not downloaded. Furniture beaten up, lights and stove bleeped up that almost took off my eyebrow and lash! Even though people sent? You cannot fix up old fixtures especially dining areas where you cook. Arrive to pick up past dirty laundry in the dryer? This place is decrepit and charge over 5 grand???? Still want half of my money back and being an out sider I had no idea where to turn being this our first VRBO so we ate it and cleaned. Plus we had a dog.. This man trying to pay a 24K debt on that house and I am not a willing participant to his dirty deeds. I want half of my mpney back and have witnesses of the conditions we were living under. Over 5K for that???? OH NO HUN.... Majority in that part pay far less......

Photo editing software indeed

We rented this property in August and unfortunately the pictures were way better than reality. The place is run down, furniture is losing its gray coat of paint that attempted to make it look fresh, the bathroom fixtures have been removed from the walls, the smoke detector was removed with wires hanging down covered with tape - not safe, the air conditioner only cooled the bottom floor leaving the upstairs miserably hot, beds were uncomfortable, ants and other bugs in the master bedroom, another square opening in a wall with other loose wires hanging down and the neighbor plays super loud late 90’s rap that you can clearly hear in two of the three bedrooms. Now I love me some rap music too, but it was totally obnoxious. The icing on the cake was that there was no mat provided at the front door to dry your feet. On our 2nd night after coming home in the rain - my wet shoes ice skated across the vinyl floors and I sprained my right foot, spending the rest of my week in a boot and ice packs. This accident resulted in me spending all day Tuesday at urgent care in the middle of a pandemic and now I get to go to another doctor next week - fantastic. Not a great week and thankful to be heading home. The only positives is that Mike was responsive when we needed help checking in and it’s close to the interstate. We took pictures and video if ever challenged to back up this review. I would pick another place if you’re looking for comfort, quiet and a safe space for you and your family. Thinking the lack of a smoke detector and the other open wires are some serious code violations. Not what I expected but hats off to photoshop.
