Beautifully restored lake cabin. Very tastefully decorated. Barbie has everything you would need at her place. One of the most well equipped VRBOs we have encountered on our travels. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a last minute booking but was probably one of the best places I’ve stayed when using VRBO! The cabin was beautifully decorated, super cozy, impeccably clean and stocked with everything you’d need to enjoy a fabulous lakeside vacation. Barbie, the host, was absolutely fantastic! Very responsive and even went above and beyond helping me when I needed another place to stay later in the week. I would absolutely recommend this peaceful piece of paradise, and will certainly be back!!

I don’t think the photos do this cottage justice. Lots of little touches and details throughout the home. So cozy, but not a bit cramped. Lots of sitting options inside and outside. Beautiful sunsets right in the lake!

What an ideal retreat! The natural beauty of the lakeside and surrounding mountains is astounding. The host, Barbie, is one of the best proprietors we’ve ever come across. Her attention to detail, both inside the cottage and as it relates to renters, is second to none!

Top 3 BEST places we have ever stayed! Wow!! Bluebird Cottage is fully equipped with everything you want/need for a great stay. Barbie, the host, has thought of EVERY detail. I have learned over time to bring all my own pots/pans/spices if I want to do my own cooking, but this cottage kitchen is fully stocked! I didn't need anything I brought with me. The cottage is SO clean and beautifully decorated. There are cozy nooks all over this property. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking as well. It is such a clean, peacefully little lake.
