Newly renovated studio with an incredible view from the window on the 20th floor of one of the tallest buildings in the city, the Mirante do Vale, where you can see almost the entire city and at the end of the horizon, overlooking the Vale do AnhangabaĂș.
The view from the apartment is breathtaking and combined with a unique architectural and decoration project, brings a unique experience for guests.
We only accept small pets (cats or dogs) with a maximum of one (01) per reservation, subject to an additional fee. Please check with us before booking.
The available laundry is self-service, paid, and operates 24/7 inside the building.
There is a paid parking lot right next to the building.
Note: According to established rules of the condominium, together with the fire department, the apartment will receive a flame-retardant closure on the lower part of the large window, that is, on the 3 lower panes of glass.The location is incredible, right in front of the new and recently revitalized Vale do Anhangabau, you can explore Sao Paulo from one of the most vibrant spots in the city center.
