Offers a place for traveling livestock too! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. One mile from downtown Winnsboro yet outside the city limits. Winnsboro, home of the famous "Autumn Trails", has something for every season. This ranch features Red Poll Cattle. The back patio overlooks a valley pasture with beautiful sunsets and large oak trees. We call our ranch a little piece of heaven. The property is gated and secluded. Walk down the long driveway to the oak tree with a swing. View the cattle from the fences. Relax.....

The home is decorated in southwestern style. The cattle ranch surrounds the home. You can enjoy a beautiful view of a ranch valley in a themed environment. Singing a cowboy song.

You will have the entire house and porches. Also a front and back yard. The fence lines will guide you although the back yard is not completely fenced in.

 you will love the back porch. Watching the cows, sitting under the oak tree making s’mores at the fire pit. We love this little Bunkhouse!

Trip down memory lane.

I came to Winnsboro to revisit my Childhood memories with cousins I haven't seen in way too many years. The Bunkhouse was the perfect place for me to stay!! It was very clean, & decorated to the hilt with Texas themed accessories. This place is extremely convenient to Winnsboro. Even though you are just 2 minutes from town, you can sit on the back porch and watch the cattle & horses just across the fence. It was peaceful & quiet. I was traveling alone and felt entirely safe staying there. Sherri was great to help me get the lock figured out on my arrival. My error not the gadgets. Lol . My three cousins and I enjoyed a fun day of sightseeing, eating, and then visiting in the cute living room of this place. I can't wait to come back and I'll definitely be staying here again!! Thanks again Sherri.

Cutest place!!

We rented out the Bunkhouse since we were traveling to the area for a wedding! We didn’t get to enjoy it much since we were on a schedule with the wedding itinerary, (bridesmaid and maid of honor), but, we absolutely loved the feel of the home and how cute it was!!! We will definitely stay again next time we come to town!!

Our get away

This is our third stay
.the place is a definite get away to unwind we just love it 
it’s always immaculate and the decor is the best I have seen down to every little detail
.sherry is very good with response if needed 
.the cows on property are so sweet and friendly and no nuisance at all
..town is right down the road with lots of shopping and food
I have nothing negative to say it’s just the greatest and we will be back

Relaxing Get Away

Came to Winnsboro to do a blacksmithing class and wanted to relax for the weekend, so the Bunkhouse was a perfect fix. Great charm, decor and super peaceful.

Living accommodations

Me and my bestie Debbie were in town for a high school reunion. We were so happy with the Bunkhouse accommodations. The western theme is amazing and it was so comfortable and spotlessly clean. I highly reccommend a stay at the Bunkhouse if you ever need a wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful little place~

Property was just as described. The red cows are adorable and fun to watch them graze their way up to the fence line. If you're bringing pets their built in kennel is great, as it is the whole porch so your dogs are not cooped up. Beds are extremely comfortable and the best part is the many many towels you have access too. Nothing worse than getting a rental that gives you 4 towels for a 4 day stay. Planning on going back again in November.

Everything was as described and just perfect. We did not cook breakfast but farm fresh eggs were in the fridge! Plenty of towels and wash cloths were provided. Very clean. Would definitely book another stay.

 a true getaway.

Easy to find. Easy to access. Very clean. Super accommodating. Sooo quiet and peaceful. Loved the animals and nature! Hosts were fantastic and communicated quickly. We’ll be back! Beds are FIRM, but not a dealbreaker.
