We took our daughter to a swim meet in the area and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood, making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day at the pool. Everything was as described, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, and well organized. We had everything we need. We brought our dogs and they too enjoyed their stay. This little home looks small, but the beds are huge and livingroom accomidated our family of 4. Also loved how quite it was on the street. The host left very easy to read instructions and communicated often. If we ever need a place to stay again we will try and book this one.

We enjoyed four nights here recently. The large fenced in yard was perfect for our pets. The house was clean the accurately described online. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfy. The house is super convenient to downtown Loveland with quite a few shops and restaurants and an easy trip to Cincinnati. The host was wonderful and replied quickly to messages. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a cozy stay with a nice fully fenced yard. It's nice to have a kitchen away from home. The kitchen was stocked with equipment to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner during our stay.

I don't know what to say. The guest decided they didn't like the place. I provided a full refund. Seems weird they would leave a very negative review 2 months later. I think this speaks to the type of guests they were. I host guests from many booking platforms all the time and 90% are very happy. Less than 1% are very hard to deal with, don't communicate, etc. But they are out there and are the most likely to leave reviews.
