Ideally situated within easy reach of Main Street shops and dining, the condo is also conveniently located near a variety of year-round recreation and attractions offering the best of Summit County at your fingertips.

Showcasing modern mountain decor, the bright and spacious interior is well-appointed with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances to handle home cooking with ease, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Sip coffee at the breakfast bar and enjoy sit-down meals at the adjacent dining table. After the day's adventures, unwind on the balcony with apres-ski and post-hike cocktails or kick back in the living room beside the gas fireplace and stream shows on the smart TV. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Two bedrooms and a full bathroom can be found downstairs. The primary suite and a bunk room are located upstairs. Bunk room guests will have shared access to the primary en suite bathroom through a second door from the landing. The second-floor landing also features a sofa bed making for a great daytime reading area or added sleeping option.

THINGS TO KNOW


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
