Comfortable, quiet house

The house sits on a quiet cul de sac in a location very close to family whom we were in Austin visiting.Andrea, the host, was very responsive and helpful beginning with the booking through our post departure when I had to request that she send me an item I had left behind. We would definitely choose to stay here again on future visits.

Great location! Great house! Perfect for all our guests and we really enjoyed the backyard space and corn hole game! Definitely would recommend! Andrea was very quick to respond as well!

East Austin stay

Great home with a beautiful backyard. This location is very close to Dell Children’s and that is the reason I chose it. The home is nice and clean, quiet and location was ok. The neighborhood is being updated and I felt safe staying here. Andrea is a good host!

Wonderful place to stay in Austin

We were in Austin for a family wedding. This house was the perfect place to stay. Its decor is fresh, comfortable and attractive. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything we needed was provided. The owner was easy to reach and very responsive. Highly recommended!

Fun times in Austin!

The property was wonderful. We enjoyed being outside of town a bit but still close to all the things that we wanted to see and do. The inside was roomy and comfortable and outside space was delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

NCAA D1 Track and Field Championships

Great house and backyard. Very quiet and close to UT. Comfortable beds. I was in a Wheelchair and got around freely. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful natural setting in town

The house was Updated so everything was functioning well and in good shape. Nice living room area and kitchen with a large island. For a smaller home the open floor plan between the living room, dining room and kitchen made it spacious. The plate glass windows in the living room and dining room gave it a very open air feeling. The backyard was huge. Large trees that provided a canopy of shade. Made it nice for the fire pit which we used almost every evening. The backyard lighting and the lights up in the trees made it like a park setting. The beds were all comfortable and we’re all queen size so it accommodated six adults comfortably. Andrea our host was most accommodating and made all the arrangements very pleasant. Gets a five star rating for me.

Clean House Great Manager But..

Rented for the weekend to attend an event at COTA. Location was 20 min from the track which was nice, and there’s a very cute area 5 min up the road but the neighborhood/street itself is rough be advised. Home was small and somewhat updated and very clean when we arrived, communication with owner was fast and they were very accommodating. However.. beds were loud and very uncomfortable, there was barely enough hot water for 1 person to shower quickly, and we were kept up by both barking dogs near the back of the house and neighbors in the front of the house that were up late having a driveway gathering with bright headlights and loud music late into the night.

Perfect yard!

This house was perfect! The porch and backyard were the best! We loved hanging out in the back yard with family & friends as we celebrated our daughter’s graduation. We’ll definitely check this home’s availability whenever we visit Austin.

Austin vacation

The house had absolutely everything that we needed. We didn't do any cooking while we were there but we certainly could have with the kitchen supplies that were there. The house was very clean and we took advantage of the screened in porch overlooking the nice back yard. The location was very convenient to downtown and other attractions.

Nice home with huge back yard

Nicely remodeled home with a convenient location. We especially enjoyed the huge backyard with large live oak trees and sitting area. The neighborhood looks like it is in the beginning phase of being remodeled with some older homes being torn down and newer homes being infilled. Some older homes close by are a little sketchy looking but we had no issues whatsoever. Our host was very accommodating and had great communication. Highly recommended.

Quiet, clean and convenient

We had a great stay in this clean, cute and spacious home on a quiet street. It was conveniently located for us to be able to drive to all the things we wanted to see and do in Austin. We came in a rental car with two teenagers, so we really appreciated having 3 bedrooms, a driveway and a nice laundry room. Felt like a home away from home. Andrea was easy to communicate with and obviously takes a lot of pride in her property.

Wonderful respite while attending SXSW

This was my 3rd trip to SXSW and I specifically wanted a quiet place to recharge and reset after busy days at the festival. It was perfect! Quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious. Andrea was very responsive to any question I had and I would return in a hearbeat!
