Other Things to Note:
WHost provides essential personal care and cooking supplies for your first nights, ensuring a comfortable start to your stay. Please note that bath towels are not provided, so we recommend bringing your own. Additionally, the pool is open seasonally from May to September (Memorial Day to Labor Day), with access limited to two registered guests per reservation. Additional guests may be accommodated for a supplemental fee.

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This process must be completed before arrival, and failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Additionally, the HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally in compliance with municipal and environmental regulations: heating from October 15 - May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 - October 1. During transition periods, temperature settings are at the discretion of the building association based on outside conditions.

Parking is limited to one designated space per reservation. To avoid towing, please park only in your assigned spot and display your permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. If you require an additional parking space, you will need to find alternative options in the area. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, vehicle towing, or any damages incurred while parked on the property.
