Detta är en FABULOUS lägenhet för 3 eller 4 par. 3 sovrum 3 badrum - 2 king size-sängar, 2 drottningar [soffan öppnar för stor drottning]. Stranden ligger tvärs över gatan. Enheten har två kök, ett litet art deco, och ett större, helt nytt, fullt utrustat kök med Nespresso-maskin. Matsalen vetter mot liten uteplats. Du är en tio minuters promenad på strandpromenaden från hjärtat av South Beach.

Beautiful and comfortable stay!

The property was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. I really enjoyed how there were 2 units that connected to each other as it gave my family and I plenty of space but also, it was very easy to come together too. Also the location was great! Just one block from the beach. Marla was always very responsive and made sure to give clear instructions on check in and check out. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend!

Great space in a great location

Very comfortable space for the five of us- loved the location so close to many great restaurants and most importantly the beach! Marla was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the trip

Excellent locale

Spacious place with plenty of room for our group of 5 adult family members. Well stocked kitchen and many extras that made our stay enjoyable. Location was a big plus, with many restaurants close by and a short walk to the beach.

Amazing condo in a perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach condo! It was perfect for our group of friends with young children. The location couldn't be better- it's directly across the street from the boardwalk and public beach access. The condo is clean and extremely well stocked, and we had lots of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. We hope to stay there again!

Perfect stay

Apartment was very clean & Marla was helpful and responsive to deal with. We loved the quieter location and able to rent Citibikes a block away and bike on the boardwalk. We especially enjoyed the food & service at Ceviches close by. Would stay here again.

A relaxing stay steps away from the beach

My family stayed at Stay and Play for four days and we had an incredible time! The units are fully equipped with everything we need—cooking essentials, beach umbrellas, toys, and chairs, and were spacious for our entire group. The beds were comfortable and the kitchens allowed us to make full meals. The best part about the condo is its location. You're touching the ocean five minutes after stepping out of the building. The two-year-old who was traveling with us enjoyed this a lot. In the evening, we just walked to the nearby restaurants for dinner. We also hopped on the free tram the next block over to take us to downtown Miami Beach. All in all, a great time at Stay and Play! We are sure to return.

Awesome stay!

Great beach vaca for a group of friends

We were extremely happy with the accommodations and the location. Everything was as described, and Marla made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We were a group of 7 and the mix of beds worked perfectly for our friend group. This is located close to the beach and located in a calm area but still very close to get into the heart of south beach. Marla was also flexible accommodating early check in/check out, and we really appreciated that!

Such a beautiful vacation rental with access to everything!

We had such a great time in this beautiful rental. It accommodated our group of seven guests perfectly and the two kitchens came in extremely handy! We had a little confusion upon our arrival, but other than that Marla was extremely accessible and very helpful! We loved that the beach was directly across the street, and tubers were at our door in 2 to 3 minutes tops!

Nice stay!

We had a guys trip/getaway vacation from August 11th - 14th. The place is nicely located right on Collins Ave and one block walk to the beach. The place itself was clean, and had everything we needed for what we went there for. In my previous stays I usually had stayed closer to Ocean drive, but a short Uber drive will take you there in no time. We had a lot of fun in Miami Beach as always, and I would certainly stay at this place again in the future.

Great stay in Miami!

This is a great unit for any group of family or friends looking to stay right in the city, but a bit away from lots of noise and congestion. You can be in the heart of South Beach for less than a 2 mile walk on the lovely beach-side walking path, a short Uber, or ride on the free trolley. The unit is exactly as described with nice amenities like high-end towels and bedding and even beach chairs and umbrellas. The hostess responds quickly to any question. Bedrooms are large and a nice distance from each other. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and only a block from the beautiful beach. You won’t be disappointed if you select this property for your Miami visit!

Great Family Trip!

Nice, clean, spacious condo. Lots of room for our family to spread out. Loved having 3 bathrooms getting ready for a wedding! Great location right across from beach, safe neighborhood, good walkability. We ubered everywhere. Had a nice breakfast at the Palms Hotel right across the street. Nice little market 5 min walk. Owner very good at communicating. Only thing that could be improved is freshening up of some of the furnishings / beach chairs etc.

As promised the condo fits anywhere from 4-10 people. As four guests we thoroughly enjoyed the ability to hang out near but not on the main drag....just a 10 minute walk. The condo is more than well appointed with all the gadgets, beach equipment and electronics anyone would need. The owners were very responsive to a need for service, so no hassles there. I highly recommend 3030 Collins.

Great location

The property was a typical apartment. Clean, amenities were nice, everything worked (dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, etc.), really a great place. Parking was available via a parking app although there was one time where we struggled to be able to park right along or in front of the property. The location was tremendous. 200 ft. to the beach and the paved walk/bike trail. A few blocks from a lot of great places to eat. Communication with the property manager was good as well. My wife and I stayed there with our 4 adult children and daughter-in-law and it was plenty of space. We even cooked Thanksgiving Dinner after we got back from the Everglades on Thanksgiving Day!

Great for family

This unit was great for extended family. We stayed in the one bedroom and my wife and I had wonderful privacy, whereas my mother in law and the children stayed in the attached two bedroom unit next door. We opened the connecting door when we wanted to be together, and closed it when we did not. The two bedroom unit was a really cute art deco, central air and very comfortable, whereas the one unit was total luxury. We loved the jacuzzi bath tub. And of course, the beach being one minute away made it so easy to come back and forth for naps and snacks. I highly recommend it!!

Great location - nice stay!

We (2 couples and 3 teenagers) stayed over Thanksgiving week. Marla (owner) was very responsive and helpful with all aspects of the visit. Beds were very comfy (firm but not too hard), very well appointed kitchen, nice TV's etc. The location was wonderful. Starbucks just down the street. (I don't even want to make coffee on vacation lol!) The Palms Hotel is right across the street with a wonderful spa. Beach access right across the street. We took the free trolley from 29th street stop to Lincoln Mall. We decided to valet park at the RIU Hotel just across the street with in and out privileges. (Parking is a challenge in Miami Beach.) VRBO won't let me list the daily parking price for some reason but it was well worth it! We would stay at this condo again.

Brand spanking NEW apartment interior was sparklingly clean and VERY LUXURIOUS!

We could not have quite anticipated the completeness of the comfort level of this apartment! EVERYTHING was provided for our comfort and convenience! Imagine, an ice cream maker already in the freezer, ready to perform! My wife LOVED the fabulous Jacuzzi bath tub, and as an amateur cook, I really appreciayd the all new and expertly equipped kitchen! (There was lst rate imported olive oil in the cupboard!) Maybe I should gave said it first, but no matter what order it's in: LOCATION ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE NEBEACH IS AMAZING AND WONDERFUL! All in all, this is a five star experience!

Fab location

This is a really convenient space in South Beach. It’s an unusual space, basically 2 connected units. The main kitchen had plenty of what you need though it could be better organized. The biggest challenge was the odor of the units. There was an underlying musty smell with lots of air freshener smells to try to cover it up, Also, many fans and air purifiers going in almost every room which felt noisy and overwhelming at times. Closet space in the “main” bedroom was minimal because there was so much stuff in the closet. We did not have a car - I think parking would be a big challenge.
