Beautiful Location

We loved our stay in this cottage! The view is beautiful, we were close to town, and the owners were so responsive to a couple issues we ran into.

Family time by the sea

A wonderful and family-friendly house right by the bay. Walk to pickle ball, concerts, tennis, playground, swimming at Mayo, ice cream, biking, restaurants and an easy bike to ponds and ocean beaches. Wonderful and we hope to return!

The tradition lives on!

I’ve been coming to this beach and this group of houses since I was a baby. I was devastated when I learned that the previous owners were selling but SO pleased to find that this cottage was available for rent this year. I am so pleased to be able to bring my family here and participate in all that Wellfleet has to offer from this great location. Can’t wait to come back next year and for many years to come! Great space, great views, great hosts!

Perfect location in Wellfleet

This cottage has just a perfect location. Mayo Beach access 50’ out the front door, and the town pier with Macs Shack is about a 10 minute walk. The 3BRs were perfect for us, our 2 kids and their aunt. The living area is seriously spacious and we took advantage of the outdoor shower and in-unit washing machine. The kitchen is a tad short on counter space (price you pay for a washing machine) and the place could use a little updating. But the view out the front is amazing, dining at the umbrella table as the sun sets and even doing dishes provides the perfect waterfront view. Owners were very responsive to messages. We would definitely rent this place again.

Wellfleet Cottage near Mayo Beach

Easy check-in process and great location. Owners were very nice. Home is not modern although you can tell by pictures as listed. Home was a bit warm for the heat wave. There were 2 AC units but not enough to cool home. Once weather dropped in 60’s, the place was very comfortable. Overall very pleasant place especially location. Probably better stay for teenagers to young adults/parents.

Perfect vacation

We had a perfect vacation in this typical beach house. Nice weather. We met local people and marine life. We will come back next year for sure.

Lovely stay

"Beach view" summarizes well the charm of this rental. It was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable, but most of all the view of Wellfleet Bay and the proximity to the village of Wellfleet made this stay memorable.

Wonderful time spent in Wellfleet

The cozy accommodations which we enjoyed is ideally set just off the beach with a picturesque view of the bay and beyond. It was amazing to sleep at night with the cool breeze through the open windows, going for runs and walk. The kids enjoyed the playground in the walking distance. We certainly look forward to doing it again next year. Thank you to Mary, Eve and Bob for your welcome, care and attention.
