Welcome to The Wandering Trails Oasis.
You will have access to this entire residential home (excluding the garage). Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, loaded coffee bar, 2 outdoor patio areas with charcoal BBQ grill, private in-ground pool, hot tub, high speed fiber Internet, and Roku TVâs. Each Roku TV comes with complimentary Netflix and Disney+ subscriptions, as well as a full library of apps to login into your own favorite streaming services!
Forget something? No problem! Wal-mart is a quick drive around the corner, while HâEâB is right up the road. If you arenât up for cooking during your stay, there are plenty of food options in the area! Our home is conveniently located near the following:

This house is a non-smoking house as we often have children and infants that stay here.
Please keep any noise or music played to an appropriate level.
Quiet hours are 9pm-8am on weekdays, 10pm-8am on weekends per community rules. Pool/hot tub will not be accessible during these hours. We do have older neighbors in close proximity. Please respect their peace during evening hours.
Keep side gates closed at all times.
