Enjoy the convenience of the first-floor access with easy access to your car, the pool, and of course the pathway to the beach. Just a short ride to downtown St. Augustine, the lighthouse, Anastasia State Park, the Amphitheatre for all of the shows and events, mini-golf plenty of dining, and attractions! Enjoy the charm of St. Augustine!
The space
Easy first-floor access with parking spot directly in front of the unit - makes for super convenient loading and unloading. Enter into a lovely living room area with an oversized couch - perfect to fit the whole family. Watch your favorite shows or stream movies on the 65" flat-screen Smart TV! Reading corner. The room has direct access to the private patio to enjoy the perfect Floridian weather.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and appliances you could possibly need. Dishwasher, oven with electric cooktop burners, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster oven, coffee maker with filters, washer & dryer, and filtered water from the tap!
Enjoy your meals in the dedicated dining room with a table that extend for 6 - 8 people! Plenty of storage and a small wine rack.
The Master en-suite bedroom features King Size Casper Âź mattress providing you with complete comfort after a day at the beach! Closet for storage and bathroom with a bathtub and shower. You have your own terrace as well.
The second bedroom is a guest favorite! This room features two oversized bunk beds with comfortable SimmonsÂź Mattresses!
