Located near the end of the Fort Morgan peninsula, Navy Cove Harbor a gated community, it’s the ideal retreat for a quiet family getaway and absolutely a fisherman’s paradise. If you love to fish this is the rental for you. Reds & trouts are great fishing from the dock and for offshore anglers it’s a mere 3-miles ride to the Gulf of Mexico in the comfort of your own boat.

For the fishermen and boaters, you have access to the community private boat ramp located directly on the property and parking outside of gate for boat trailers. Transit slips are first come first serve. Fish cleaning stations are available for use and BBQ charcoal grills on-site for your day’s catch. Gulf Shore Marina is just a short ride down the road for all your baits, tackle supplies, and boat fuel needs.

If fishing is not for you no worries, relax and enjoy the AMAZING marina view right from the balcony or take a dip in the pool/hot tub located right below the unit. Beach access is just an easy stroll across the street. Take a short walk down the dock pier and enjoy a scenic view of the natural bay beach right from the backyard or enjoy an afternoon lunch/picnic in our on-site gazebo.

2.5 miles away, enjoy some sun and fishing right off the beach at Fort Morgan Fishing Beach. Visit Fort Morgan State Historic Site, & Mobile Bay Ferry Fort Morgan Landing where you can catch the ferry to explore Dauphin Island.

Not feeling like cooking, dine in at Tacky Jacks or Sassy Bass Amazin Grill. There are plenty more restaurants, outdoor attractions, shopping, etc if you head out to Foley, about 45 mins away.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, parking, stacked washer, and dryer. Unit can be accessed via stairs or elevator. Luggage carts are available for your convenience.

Parking pass is required. Your parking pass will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Limits 2 vehicles per condo.

Air beds are located inside bedroom closet to accommodate for the extra guests.

Overall, we enjoy the trip. We were just disappointed that there were only two beds. We love the fact that we could use the ramp for our boat. We wish we could invite our friends to use the pool and come have dinner with us!! Overall, the place will benefit from a futon or bed couch to fit the 6 people it is advertised for.

Girls weekend

Condo was great, we love Navy Cove, we’ve been staying there for years. The girls love being able to fish or swim. Condo had plenty of blow up mattresses Incase you need them. Only thing is the bathroom had 3 bulbs out so only one light bulb was working in there.

Great view and quiet atmosphere

Very comfortable unit on the bay side. We found it to be a nice change from beachside, with interesting boat activities in the harbor. We saw a number of birds and porpoises early morning in the boat harbor before the cold front passed later in the week. A nice beach walk along the bay headed east passes several brackish ponds. Beach access was maybe 400 yards across the street. We really enjoyed our stay.

Navy Cove

Beautiful location..we just had bad weather all week it stormed every day. The only problms we encountered was light bulb went out in bdroom and the batteries died on the door lock..we had to lave the door unlocked, we didn't have a room key.

Nice Condo & Love Navy Cove!

My husband & I wanted to make a last minute trip to Navy Cove from Nashville & were fortunate enough to find this one available. The owner/manager was quick to respond which was helpful & appreciated in a last minute situation. Very accommodating & easy to work with. The condo is very nice & comfortable. We would have extended our stay but it was already rented. Navy Cove is the best of both worlds. Fishermen’s paradise with beautiful views of the bay, beach a block away, quiet yet only 20 minutes from all of the action! Highly recommend this area & condo!

Great for families with a boat!!!

Loved staying at this Navy Cove condo! Great place for boating with water access and close to the gulf pass. Condo was just as listed and accommodated our family well. Property amenities are nice with grill, boat slip access, pool, and covered parking. Will definitely stay again.

EXCELLENT location for fishing!!

What a great place to stay. House and property were very well maintained! Fishing was great. If your looking for a place to stay that is quiet, clean and in a great neighborhood well this is it. Ocean beach access was just a short walk across the street. Will definitely be back!!

Mile Marker 3 on the Bay

We have been staying at the Mile Marker 3 area of Ft. Morgan, Alabama for over 20 years but have never stayed at Navy Cove. Happened upon this property for a last-minute weekend getaway and we're glad we did. Property met all our expectations and we'll definitely try to rent again. We like to inshore fish so the harbor and docks were a good alternative to fish on the Bay side with cleaning stations for your catch. Just a five-minute walk to the beach to public beach access on the Gulf. The only concern was that the condo didn't seem quite as clean as it should have been. The master bath didn't appear to have been cleaned at all and dirty towels were left in the washer and hadn't been washed. But apart from these ovesights by the cleaning crew, this was a great place to stay and we'd recommend, especially if you're looking for a quite place to stay on the tip of Ft. Morgan Rd. Thanks for letting us rent!
