Modern condo in heart of Toronto
My condo is a home away from home. It's in the heart of downtown, steps away from Rogers, Centre, CN Tower, restaurants, bars and Lake Ontario. There's a bike and walk path 10 min walk from the condo right on the lake! The condo building features a gym, sauna, rooftop patio, party room and a yoga and dance studio. There is also visitor parking available. The condo itself is a modern space with a custom built closet, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and washer and dryer.
Situated right at the corner of Fort York Boulevard and Bathurst Street, Garrison at Fort York is a 12-storey building of contemporary urban design with sleek glass and brick accents and a boutique hotel atmosphere.
It's a boutique building. The units enjoy bright floor-to-ceiling windows, laminate flooring, nine-foot ceilings, upgraded chrome and stainless steel appliances. The building amenities feature a nice mix of energetic facilities and entertainment spaces that will keep residents active and happy while at home.
Beyond the walls of Garrison at Fort York, homeowners will discover the growing and historically enriched Fort York neighbourhood, a mix of lush outdoor green spaces and well-known cultural attractions such as the Harbourfront Centre, Molson Canadian Amphitheatre, and the Canadian National Exhibition or CNE.

This is a boutique property that is steps away from everything you would need but also feels like a community in itself. There are lots of young professionals living in the area. It's a great area to explore the city whether you are walking or taking transit.
