Welcome to our Cozy Family Home in Tampa! Enjoy a private, Heated Pool and a fun-filled pool table. Kids will love the dedicated play area while adultos can relax in our stylishly decorated and confortable living spaces. Located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood, our home is close to local attractions. We provide everything you need for a perfect stay : High Speed WI FI, Smart TV, and a fuelle equipped kitchen.

When is the Pool Heated? We generally activate the pool heater from September onwards, as temperatures begin to drop. This allows you to enjoy the pool even when the weather isn't as warm. The heated pool provides a comfortable swimming environment, making it a great feature regardless of the season.

Rules: * No unregistered guest allowed. ( day/night)
* No Parties or events allowed.
* No Pets.
* The house is allowed for 7 guests maximum.
* For your safety we have cameras 24 hours a day ONLY in the front door and backyard.
* The wifi and cameras cannot be disconnected or covered at any time during the stay, this will lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation.
* Children should not use pool without adult supervision.
* The pool has an approximate depth of 6 feet. Registration: The guest must indicate the exact number of people who will stay at the property. Only registered guests will be allowed to stay at the property (day and night) and we reserve the right of admission. It is forbidden to organize any type of party or event inside the property.

Tampa area must stay

This stay was my first in a VRBO. The place exceeded all expectations. I will stay here in the future. Owner was extremely responsive and the property was perfect. We will return!

Great home!

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving and the weekend! The house is very clean and well maintained. It's in a nice neighborhood and was close to our family so it was perfect. The heated pool was the highlight for us. We swam every day until we left on 12/1. We only had one question for the host and she responded immediately. We'd definitely stay here again!

Needed a place for this competition for our grandson picked this home since it advertised a heated pool and plenty for the grandkids to keep them occupied. Very nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Pool just wasn’t warm was disappointing.

Overall, it iwas what it represented on the Vrbo. The stay was pleasent with the exception that one of the beds with the kids toys in the closet had a hard bed.

It was a totally good experience, the property exceeded our expectations, very nice property, comfortable and spacious, entertainment for everyone from toys for the children to a pool table for the adults, the location is perfect, you have the most essential things within less than 3 min, and the community where it is located, quiet place , and I had the opportunity to communicate with the host and it was a pleasure to talk to her, very kind, really a nice person, I definitely recommend the place and I know I will return in the future

Perfect for graduation

We had a very nice stay for USF graduation. The house was just as described and very clean. We enjoyed playing pool and swimming in the outdoor pool.
