Great family stay

Great secure location. Near the activity, yet secluded enough. Quiet and well kept. Just right for our familiy of four.

Great view on the hills. Easily accessible pool. Close to a really nice beach with very good snorkeling, and monkeys in the trees. Thank you Myriam and Jorge for the hospitality and handy tips.

Definitely hill top!

The place was of Newer Construction and decent. Very basic inside. No TV. Wash machine did not work. Everything else was adequate at best. The host was awesome and very facilitating.

We love this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds—peace and proximity. Nestled on a hill between Playa Ocotal and Playa del Coco, it’s a perfect base to explore the area. While Playa del Coco offers a livelier atmosphere with bars, shops, and nightlife, Playa Ocotal is the quiet counterpart: calm, scenic, and ideal for those looking to unwind.

Ocotal Beach itself is a gem—small, picturesque, and less crowded, with beautiful sunsets and excellent snorkeling. One of our favorite spots is Father Rooster’s , a laid-back beachfront restaurant where you can enjoy fresh seafood with your toes in the sand.

This neighborhood gives you quick access to the energy of Coco when you want it, and the tranquility of Ocotal when you don’t. That peaceful balance is what drew us here—and we think guests will love it too.
