We love this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worldsâpeace and proximity. Nestled on a hill between Playa Ocotal and Playa del Coco, itâs a perfect base to explore the area. While Playa del Coco offers a livelier atmosphere with bars, shops, and nightlife, Playa Ocotal is the quiet counterpart: calm, scenic, and ideal for those looking to unwind.
Ocotal Beach itself is a gemâsmall, picturesque, and less crowded, with beautiful sunsets and excellent snorkeling. One of our favorite spots is Father Roosterâs , a laid-back beachfront restaurant where you can enjoy fresh seafood with your toes in the sand.
This neighborhood gives you quick access to the energy of Coco when you want it, and the tranquility of Ocotal when you donât. That peaceful balance is what drew us hereâand we think guests will love it too.
