Maryville ligger 45 minuter från Pigeon Forge / Sevierville, 35 minuter från Townsend och Cades Cove i de stora Smokey Mountains, 2 miles från Ruby Tuesday huvudkontor i centrala Maryville, och 10 minuter från Knoxville Mcghee-Tyson flygplats.

Den "Cottage" är vårt pensionat intill vårt hem på 12 tunnland i staden Maryville.

Vår "stuga" har över 1000 kvadratfot och har ett stort sovrum med en king size 4 himmelsäng och en madrass som våra gäster berättar är det bästa de någonsin har sovit på och franska dörrar med utsikt över poolen.

Köket är fullt utrustat för matlagning och har diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och ismaskin. I vardagsrummet finns en queen-size bäddsoffa och två uppsättningar av franska dörrar med utsikt över poolen.

Great place to stay

The host's are the nicest people you could want to meet. Very private with five acres to walk around for exercise. The pool is kept in pristine condition. Very quiet. No noise from the road can be heard. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place to stay

Cottage was clean and had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. Its close to downtown Maryville for shopping or eating out. The pool was a welcome bonus. The hosts were very pleasant.

Exceptional!

This is our second stay here and just as before this property is exceptionally clean! Great location in Maryville, TN close to UT Hospital, Pigeon Forge and Knoxville. Awesome pool! Wife thoroughly enjoyed celebrating her birthday relaxing by the pool! Thanks Richard and Martha for another awesome stay!

Perfect getaway

Very comfortable stay. The house was private and quiet. The owners were very friendly and responsive to any minor concerns we experienced during our month stay. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Lovely Cottage

The cottage was absolutely wonderful! I enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing stay while exploring Maryville and the surrounding areas. I hope to return in the summer for a longer stay.

Beautiful property

We loved everything about the cottage. The location and the property it sits on is beautiful. Richard and Martha are very nice and we didn’t even know anyone was there all week. Thankfully, we got to meet them our last night there and we sat outside and chatted. We loved our stay.

Great location

Great location, minutes from interstate, grocery store and fast food. It’s a one hour drive to the Gatlinburg but worth the scenic drive. Pool area and grounds are phenomenal and very well kept. Cottage is bigger than pictures show and plenty of privacy.

Short vacation

This cottage was absolutely perfect! Quiet location but close to everything imaginable! All 4 of us (2 dogs) loved walking the property daily and talking to the chickens, horse, and of course Lady. The accommodations were better than the photos, if that is even possible. We WILL be back!

Great Place

This was a great place to stay for the week. We had 3 plus a dog, and there was plenty of room. Great yard to run our dog before going to area attractions. The pool was well maintained, and the screened in porch was a nice feature. We enjoyed our stay and though it was off the beaten path of the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge strip, the location was within a pleasant drive. We would recommend this place for sure.
